We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

Situated on 15 acres 6 miles from the activities of Cody, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, woodstove, firepit, outdoor grill and lots of outdoor space. This little house has what you need-a full kitchen, bathroom and cozy bed with fluffy duvet. A new (Feb 2024) sleeper sofa. A Bluetooth-enabled record player and a collection of vintage vinyl. It also has a private, fenced yard, doggy door, and an off-street parking space right next to the house. Sweet little gas stove in the living room for chilly nights.
