James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

The AC worked well, wifi was fast. A pool on the 3rd floor. a couple convenience stores nearby, and a mall/market aound the corner. Good price. I was glad I stayed there

Good, clean home. The host's very friendly and helpful. Home is at a good location to go to the center as well as the airport. It's worth to pay a fair price and stay in a cozy nice home. I put im my recommended list for my friend if they'd like to travel and enjoy Saigon 😊

It was an amazing experience renting this apartment! We arrived at night and host gave us amazing guide on how to check in ourselves! Close to the airport, took us 20 minutes to walk from there and 10 minutes by car. The apartment is big, clean and there was everything we needed! Thank you so much!

Ở chỗ Uyên thoải mái, sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, view phòng ngủ thoáng. Uyên cũng rất thân thiện và chu đáo. Rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm này, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp!

The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, and the host was very responsive and kind. She brought us very nice drinks from their little restaurant on the main level and fruit another day. They sent a picture of the front store location, which was very helpful for our taxi driver. They also provided a phone number so that your taxi driver can call the host to get more specific details. Overall, this was a good place to stay and I enjoyed the beautiful music that they played at the little restaurant on the main level.
