Self contained accomodation, with private parking, entrance, en suite and small kitchen facilities. Microwave fridge, cutlery and crockery. Basic breakfast available on request. Convenient for Leeds Trinity University and Leeds Bradford Airport. Leeds Trinity is a few minutes walk, the airport is five minutes in a taxi. If the taxi goes to the free one hour parking it is much cheaper. I can advise on which taxi company I recommend.

This accomodation is quiet and comfortable with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The tv is a smart TV with access to you tube, Netflix etc. Your own account will be needed for subscription services.

We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
