If you are 2 guests and require the sofa bed to made in addition, this will incur a $20 fee to cover the additional linen provided by the hosts. Pets welcome however cannot be left unattended inside during stay.

The olympic park and city is a 30 minute travel by public transport and the airport is also 30 minutes away by car. Westmead hospital is just a 10 minute travel by car.

Comfortable queen bed sleep out which has been converted from our garage, it does NOT has kitchen, but there are 7-ELEVEN, cheap steakhouse inside Cooks Hill hotel, shops, restaurants, self-severed laundromat and pub within 3 mins walk. You have your own access, bathroom, air conditioning , fridge, 32” TV with Netflix, clean bed sheet, towels, tea, coffee provided and check in any time after 2.00 pm. NO party allowed
