A traditional barn, set on the slopes of Whernside, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this truly is a secluded spot. Located at the end of a narrow track, it is surrounded by woodland, fields and two streams. The open plan, rustic style suits couples, small groups and some families, and is ideal as a base for outdoor activities. The 16 century cottage has been in my husbands family since Elizabethan times . It has a private south facing garden .Beautifully furnished with antique furniture It’s a truly magical little cottage and feels like you have stepped back in time . A deep bath . Log burning stove . Period furniture . What’s not to like. Situated just outside Hawes a 5 minute walk ! Or walk over the field in less time . River walks from the door step . And if you’re lucky you might see the red squirrel’s .

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
