Deep Run Farm enjoys a quiet setting on the grounds of a colonial-era farm. Some of the original structures on the property date to the 1800s. This perfect rustic setting is conveniently close to shopping and major highways (US 30 and Interstate 83). Come to disconnect and enjoy the wildlife, or just for a quick lay-over in a quiet space.

Cook in the fully equipped kitchen or on an outside grill. Follow the hiking paths through the woods or dip in our pond to the chorus of the bull frogs. Spend your mornings under the big old Silver Maple while spotting birds and wildlife. Perfect for star gazing with little to no light pollution. (Remote!)

1700’s historic waterfront cottage

Be a part of history while staying on this waterfront property of the Ironmaster's Mansion. The two-story stone guesthouse, steps away from the mansion, was built in the year 1715. The timeless character of the home, paired with the peaceful property creates an escape that feels like you've gone back in time, all while being only 20 minutes outside of Lancaster City. The mansion was home to the first treasurer of the US, General Edward Hand’s daughter, and President Buchanan’s fiance.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property! There is a small kitchenette with a mini fridge and freezer, a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig machine and electric kettle with all essential kitchen items. It's well equipped for short as well as long stays.
