Supers contents de notre séjour chez Susan qui est hyper serviable et aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Le logement est très bien équipé, on n'a manqué de rien et Susan répondait très vite si on avait besoin de quelque chose. Pour l'emplacement, je pense qu'on aurait pu tout faire à pied pour aller dans le centre mais avec un enfant je recommande de prendre la voiture.Attention les parking abordables sont peu nombreux et les autres , très chers ! Si jamais vous voulez loger au calme, je recommande plutôt l'appartement du dernier étage car le sol "craque " pas mal quand on est au 1er :) on a quand même très bien dormi je le précise. Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

I rarely stay in an Airbnb where I feel so at home. The place isn’t big but it is well designed, has lots of natural light, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is really comfortable, and the lighting is super cozy. It’s quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

This is a little, sunny gem in downtown Portland. Just wait till you get up the stairs to take in the view— you can tell so much love and thought was put into the space. I slept and ate like a queen with the comfortable bed, and custom kitchen. The space was something to remember. No complaints! I would definitely recommend and return back!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

We had an excellent experience in this lovely home. The house was well stocked with everything we could need; it was comfortable and clean and truly exceeded all expectations. Above and beyond down to the last detail. So grateful for our wonderful stay!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

This was a great place to stay! I love Washington St, and Jennifer's place was just a couple blocks up, so that was perfect. It was a 17 minute walk to the ferry and old port area, so that was super easy too. The beds were very comfortable and the whole apartment was extremely clean. I highly recommend staying there!

Great space a fantastic part of Portland. Will was a pleasure to deal with and I hope we’ll get up there again at some point.

fantastic stay in OOB. Just off of the main street. it's quit no traffic. but down town is right there. a 1 minute walk away we enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard. plenty of beds. overall great stay. 100% recommend

"Vitamin Sea" was a lovely place to stay for my husband and I.. It was quiet and out of the craziness of the hampton strip, yet we were able to Uber to the strip within 5 minutes. Edith's place was clean and felt like home, and she was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to return next year!

Emplacement et appartement idéal, avec deux salles de bain complètes. Magnifique vue et grande terrasse. Marko très sympathique et disponible. Répond rapidement à toutes demandes ou questions. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Seul bémol, l'appartement est un peu négligé et demanderait un peu plus d'attention et de propreté. Nous en avons fait part à Marko qui s'est montré très intéressé à remédier à la situation. C'est un hôte vraiment agréable.

This has to be the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! The place was very neat, clean, organized. Plenty of towels, blankets, and had every amenity you could ask for! It was decorated for Christmas which really brought a great vibe! Would 10/10 recommend!

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

The location was convenient and easy to find, I really enjoyed the space.

Kevin's place was amazing in so many ways. Location is the first! Not only is his rental across from the beach and you can gaze at the crashing waves to your hearts content, but his space was well appointed; we didn't use the kitchen much, but when we did, we had what at we needed at our fingertips. There were things left from other guests available for you to use. The condo was clean and what you see in the pictures is EXACTLY what you get. Check is was the easiest checkin I could imagine-there WERE PICTURES. You can't mess it up. Kevin was super responsive when we needed him. The only thing to consider is parking is in the back of the condo and you must pass thru a low clearance corridor from route 1a to the parking lot. Those with a high clearance vehicle or a thule rack or j bars for kayaks might have an issue with clearance. We have a siennna with no roof racks and had no issues. Thank you, Kevin, we will happily return!!

Dave was a very responsive host and his property was exactly what he described. The location was very good to visit downtown Portland. At last, we loved the bakery right in front!
