Near the house there is a church, the distance from the beach and promenade is around 100 m as well as from the nearby caffe bar, grocery store,restaurant and children playground. The city center is only 6 km away, the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 16 km away from the apartment.

Oldtown studio apartment, 20m2 in size on the 1st floor. Located in the center of old town only couple of minutes by foot from the Sea Organ and Roman Forum and within the Zadar city stone walls. Seaside promenade for walking and swimming minute away. Equipped with all the necessary things from a double bed 160x200cm, air-condition, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, kitchenette, bathroom, toiletries, liquid soap, private entrance etc.

The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.
