The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. A DOWNTOWN roomy UPSTAIRS loft apartment, in a unique historical building built in 1800s. This loft above a “coming soon,” coffee shop, is a spacious area, with 1200 square feet. A full kitchen, two bedrooms, tv room and additional living room. Off street parking on parking lot directly by building. Central to several attractions. Come see the historical Y-Bridge, visit The Wilds or just relax. (Please note, space is downtown on a busy corner with street busy noise at prime times.)

Route 60 Getaway

Route 60 Getaway is at 5226 N St Rt 60 NW, McConnelsville. Located along State Route 60, 2 miles north of McConnelsville. It is located above our families landscaping business. It is not in a secluded area (due to businesses nearby) however, you will not be disturbed!! You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! There is currently a guest in the apartment below the house. However you will not be disturbed and their are no shared spaces outside!

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
