Nice place to stay on Bastimentos, very centrally located with a good selection of restaurants nearby. The house is comfortable and it was wonderful having air conditioning as it is hot and humid in Old Bank. A couple of things to note. There about 10 stairs you need to go up to get to the home, they are uneven and large stairs so if you have mobility issues that is something to consider. As noted in the add there is not hot water and the toilet slants quite a bit to the left, these things were fine for us and not a problem but it's something to be aware of. It rained every day that we were there which didn't leave much to do in the town or by boat, it's a very small village. We only saw a couple of other tourists our entire time there (first week of May) so if you are looking to be social this may not be a great choice, but if you want to emerse yourself in local life this is an excellent place to stay. We found Old Bank a little sleepy and run down for us at this time of year.

We really enjoyed our vacation, and we can definitely renommend Bluff Beach Retreat. Karen and Steve were very helpful and took good care of us. The nature and the beautiful sorroundings were amazing. A boat trip with Luis, arranged by Karen, is something you shouldn’t miss out - a fantastic guy:)

Bel accueil, petite maison sur l’eau parfaite. Séjour mémorable, nous le recommandons fortement. En admiration devant une nature si merveilleuse. la maison est parfaite pour tout et propice au repos. PS même faire la vaisselle devant une si belle vue devient agréable!!😋

I would absolutely stay at Carolina's place again. This was not my first time visiting Bocas but it was my first time staying not directly in the town center. I loved the feeling of seclusion without feeling isolated completely. the property was beautiful and we made good use of the pool, hammock, and grill. Carolina was very responsive and the people who were working there very promptly helped us get a new water jug, do laundry, and connect the grill for use. Carolina also provided us with taxi drivers numbers. The cabin itself was clean and exactly what we needed.

Bill was a gracious host and knew the island like the back of his hand. I would 1000% recommend his place to anyone looking to come to Bocas. He’s is extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks!

Our stay at casa Caracola was simply exceptional. It is a spacious, luxurious and perfect for two families. From the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable that we hardly needed to go anywhere. We spent our days enjoying the beautiful garden and swimming pool, where we had the privilege of seeing toucans, monkeys, and a variety of wild birds. Waking up each morning to the sound of birds singing was an incredible experience. The host, Ricardo, was outstanding. He helped us arrange everything, from private chefs who prepared spectacular meals at the house to booking tours and surf and diving lessons. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made our stay even more special. We also want to highlight Nely, who took care of keeping the house spotless throughout our stay. It was a pleasure to have her help in maintaining everything clean and organized. We will definitely be back. A perfect place for an unforgettable getaway! Thanks Gigi

Nice clean airbnb second floor with balcony, 2 bedrooms with AC, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Close to surf breaks and restaurants and taxi or bike to town.

Amazing Stay at KoKo Waterfront Bungalow! We booked this bungalow last minute after hours, and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us, meeting us for check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—a perfect getaway right on the water. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views made our stay even more special. We truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.
