It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome; at extra cost we can provide a dog sitting service.

The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor with direct access to a private patio area and a shared extensive lawn garden. The living room-kitchen area is open plan, and the cottage is complete with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The shops, bars, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute walk from the property.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
