Villa Maria with private pool | Aspalathos Villas

Villa Maria, Villa Vaggelio & Villa Argyro All three villas have been constructed with respect to Cretan architecture based on wood and stone. Each villa is 70sq.m and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with a large refrigerator and an electric stove with oven and four outbreaks. It is equipped with all the necessary electrical and domestic appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, and teapot. The kitchen communicates with the dining room and a small living room. There are two bedrooms. The first one is consisted of a king size bed, a large wardrobe and its own balcony. The second one has two single beds and a fireplace for nice romantic nights. A large and beautiful bathroom with bath, closets, shelves and washing machine completes the cozy configuration of each villa. The central balcony is equipped with a comfortable seating where you can enjoy your drink or meal in front of the breathtaking view of the lush valley, while along the horizon you can see the long beach of Georgioupolis. In the surroundings of villa Maria there is a private pool (53sq.m), while villa Vaggelio has its own private pool (40sq.m). Villa Argyro, provides a newly built private pool from summer 2019. All villas have a BBQ in their gardens. Villa Emmanouela Villa Emmanouela is consisted of two floors connected by an external staircase. It is 150sq.m. Each floor has its own kitchen which is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove with oven and four outbreaks. It is also equipped with all the necessary electrical and domestic appliances such as kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer, and teapot. In the first floor, the kitchen communicates through a big stone arch that closes with a door, with a living room with two sofa beds, TV and a fireplace for romantic nights. The bedroom has a king size bed and a big wardrobe as well as a balcony. There is a beautiful large bathroom with a bathtub, wardrobe and a washing machine that completes the parts of the villa. Finally, the central balcony of the first floor is equipped with a beautiful dining table where you can enjoy your drink or meal in the breathtaking view. In the ground floor, the kitchen communicates with a large living room in front of the pool, with view of the lush valley. There are two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and its own bathroom and the other one with two single beds. In the common area there is one smaller living room with a sofa bed and a second larger bathroom, fully equipped too. In the surroundings of the villa, there is a private pool (58sq.m). There is a BBQ made of stone and an outdoor dining room in the garden. Please note that only the ground floor of the villa is provided for reservations of up to 5 people.

Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

You are going to find it in Zerviana, a traditional village (50km from Chania Airport and the port of Souda. 1km away you can find super market and great local bakery! The house is peaceful and created by pure love!

The Orange Tree Garden

Next to Chania (Crete), two floors privately owned 300 m. luxury villa, with swimming pool and parking area. It is located in a 4,000 square metres private yard with olive, orange and lemon trees, very close to the protected nature area of the “Agia Lake”. At a distance of some 4km you will find two of best organised sandy beaches of the Chania area. There is a bus station at 200 meters from the villa with a regular service to Chania, where you will find connections to all parts of Crete.

Villa Rosemari, Anatoli Apartment

"Anatoli" apartment is located in the center of the graphical village of Afrata. The name itself, refers to the sunrise. Here you can enjoy the view from the heights of the peninsula "Spatha" combining the breeze of the beautiful coastal line. Two traditional restaurants are located in the aera near our apartment where you can taste the local products of our place. Concluding, access to the beautiful organized beach of "Afrata" is provided by car, or hiking through a small gorge.

Peace and seclusion!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

West Crete holiday villa with private pool

Two bedroom stone made sea view villa with private pool It can accommodate 4 people, 2 of them in one double bed and the other 2 in ordinary singles. All villa's rooms are air conditioned. Also there is a private pool. The villa can be reached by a private road, without passing through other villas or houses. Sfinari village, in Kissamos, West Crete , is situated 57 klm south-west from the centre of Chania. The Sfinari's settlement embraces the homonym cove.

My place is in a quite area at the central part of the village, some steps away from everything you need (groceries, bakeries, banks, ATM cash, cafes, restaurants, etc). Many points of interest in the area are less than a 10-minute walk (eg 200m from the nearest sandy beach).
