Great location. Beautiful views and large balcony on top. We could see the cathedral lit up at night. Lots of room to to be alone if needed. Be aware that there are 4 levels with lots of stairs in between each level. If you are elderly or have knee problems with steps this is not for you. We are both 75 and the climb was a bit of struggle, especially with suitcases. House was well equipped even with cards and games if you needed a break from exploring. Master shower was amazing and hot water plentiful. Loved the place!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Manolo! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Lage ist perfekt – das Zentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Manolos herzlicher Empfang und seine hervorragende Unterstützung: Wir haben viele nützliche Informationen und Tipps erhalten, die unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht haben. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

Super maison avec sa piscine et l'espace extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et leur espace privé. L'emplacement est bien pour visiter Séville, mais il faut prendre la voiture (10 minutes) pour aller à la première station de métro. Parking gratuit au centre commercial Metromar qui permet aussi de faire ses courses facilement. L'hôte a été aux petits soins pour nous et a pris de nos nouvelles lors de la grande coupure de courant de toute l'Espagne, pour s'assurer qu'on n'avait pas de problème. Si je retourne un jour à Séville je retournerai dans la Villa Romana.

Excellent place — clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsible and provided clear directions, making everything easy and smooth. It was truly a pleasure staying here, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Veronica was a great host from start to end, with very useful recommendations. The place was great, very clean and just like the photos. Notice that one of the rooms isn't completely isolated, as the wall it shares with the kitchen/living room is not closed until the ceiling. It is as the photos but I didn't notice before booking. It wasn't an issue for us but keep in mind that whoever sleeps there will have some light (there are no shutters in the kitchen window) and will hear the tv if it's on. The crib, baby bath tub and baby high chair were great (the only con was that the chair didn't have a belt). It's very close to Aldi (walking distance) and Mercadona (better by car). And it has some great restaurants nearby. We didn't use the bus but its stop is supposed to be in walking distance. The metro station (4 stops until the city center) has free parking but as every free parking it may be hard finding a place to park. The garage of the apartment was great and easy to park.

We felt at home in the apartment. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and even more. The apartment was fully equiped and super clean, bigger and brighter than expected. We especially enjoyed being able to fully rest thanks to the confortable bed, very quiet environment and good shutter which allowed complete darkness in the bedroom. Check in/out was super easy and thanks to the flexible host we could enjoy Sevilla early without the burden of our suitcase. Even if the main touristic attractions are about 20-30 min away, it is really nice to walk there as you pass by lively streets with beautiful buildings, nice shops and restaurants.

Très agréable séjour, dans un très beau et très confortable appartement. Esperanza est très disponible et aidante. Compter tout de même la petite marche 15-20 minutes pour rejoindre le centre historique, mais beaucoup de commerces et activité proche dans le quartier, notamment pendant les ferias. Je recommande ++

Appartement spacieux et très propre. Départ idéal pour Séville avec la station de métro à 20 minutes en voiture. Belle terrasse, équipements de qualité. La place de parking en sous sol est un véritable plus Hôte charmant et très agréable Nous recommandons vivement

One of the best (and cleaniest) apartments, we've ever stayed in. Incredibly clean, great location, great hosts! You will find everything you need during your stay in the apartement, as well as a lot of information and recommendations from Barbara & Barbara regarding check-in, Sevilla, monuments, parking etc. Very lovely hosts, always reachable and here to support. Thank you for an incredible and easy stay. We will definitely come back and stay in the apartment again.

Great location and perfect place for our family to stay for a few nights while exploring! Easily walkable to everything we wanted to see and explore, also great restaurants right in the area. The host was very welcoming and met us with the keys and personally showed us around the apartment and also highlighted areas of interest on a map provided for the home. We would stay here again!

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

Estancia cómoda en el centro de Carmona con todo lo necesario, atención y amabilidad de los anfitriones,bonitas vistas y flexibilidad a la hora de la salida.

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

We visited Seville in Semana Santa, a week full of emotions and beauty. Although seville was busy during the week, our stay offered a safe and quiet place to get to after a busy day. Its spot on in the centre of seville and totally worth going to. Barbara is a really great host, super responsive and helpful always ready to ehlp in whatever way she can. We had a fantastic stay at this charming and convenient apartment. Located in a peaceful local neighborhood, it’s close to restaurants and shops and about a 30-minute walk from the Real Alcazar and the cathedral. The bed is comfortable, the shower is strong, and there's a lovely rooftop as well. The host is responsive and provides clear check-in instructions. Just note that check-out time is fixed.

A great location from which to explore Seville. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop area with the pool was a beautiful space to relax and appreciate the view of the city. Eva was extremely helpful, offering advice about local place to eat and visit, and even organising our return taxi to the airport.

Fabulous place to stay while visiting Seville. Great location, able to walk to all the major locations. It was clean, great kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice back private deck to sit and eat breakfast and lunch. Easy check-in and private garage for parking. Market across the street, small grocery store next door and fabulous bakery across the street. Love the accommodations and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Sevilla! The flat was a great layout for my sister-in-law and my daughter and me. The apartment was well-stocked and we enjoyed many meals on the terrace (the star of the show!). The bells from the church are charming, but can be quite startling if you’re relaxing on the terrace and not expecting them (we eventually knew to prepare for them, including the calls to evening mass: 60+1 at 7:30, 60+2 at 7:45, and 60+3 at 8:00). It was worth it for that beautiful view! The location was great. We walked everywhere including the Triana and Feria Markets and all around the Alameda and Las Setas areas. It’s feels like a more local neighborhood with tapas bars (which is what we wanted) instead of the areas that cater to tourists. It’s a lovely place and we highly recommend it!
