The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Detta härliga ljusa hus med vackra detaljer är perfekt för den stora familjen eller kompisgänget. Det finns gott om sällskapsytor och totalt 5 sovrum fördelat på två våningsplan. Huset har ett stort badrum med badkar/dush på övervåningen och en mindre toalett på nedre plan. I köket finns tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. På sommaren finns uteplats i den lummiga trädgården. Det är gratis att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset. I huset finns två uppsättningar av babysängar, stolar samt lite leksaker.
