This romantic & family friendly lakefront chalet offers a hot tub, breathtaking views & is close to Gunstock skiing. It’s a serene home base to explore charming New England towns. Enjoy sledding, skiing, snow tubing, cozy restaurants, frozen lake fun & gondola rides at Gunstock. Or cozy up at home to enjoy the hot tub, cooking with a view, board games & movies by the fireplace. We have poured our heart into making this a romantic retreat but also one that’s very kid-friendly (kids gear included)

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Just two miles from Ragged Mountain Ski Area, it features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an open bunk room, a spacious living room with a 65-inch TV, gas fireplace, and a full kitchen. All standard amenities included. The suite’s large windows frame picturesque mountain scenery, bringing nature’s beauty indoors. Outdoors, sit and relax by the fire pit. Gym, Sauna & Cold Plunge Add-On available.

Luxury Year-round Treehouse with private hot tub

Skyframe is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove (I supply firewood), Fridge. Space for parking a boat to use in the best lake in New Hampshire! Conveniently located off of route 28 for easy access to all areas in the Lakes Region.
