Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Op de begane grond is een ruime woonkamer met uitzicht op de tuin. Vanuit de zithoek kunt u genieten van het groene uitzicht. Een indruk van het huis via het filmpje op YouTube. Zoek op 'Lovely house on the water'. Als u van vissen houdt, kunt u proberen een vis te vangen uit de tuin. Kinderen kunnen spelen in de zandbak, op de miniglijbaan of de duikelstang. De tuin kan worden afgesloten door een hek en bij het water is een afzetting, zodat de kinderen veilig kunnen spelen.

Gastehuisie Goedemoed

Horsterwold ligt gelegen naast het grootste loofbomenbos van Europa. Zeer waterrijke omgeving 4-5 km (Veluwemeer en Wolderwijd) voor een tal van watersporten. Op het park kunt u genieten van een zwembad en tennisbaan. Ook is er mogelijkheid om mooie fietsroutes te fietsen of te kanoën. Dit kunt u huren op het park bij nummer 25-6.
