We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping outside with my morning coffee to watch the ocean was truly priceless. The home had everything we needed, and being so close to the beach made our trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow! The place was é a toy like the pictures. Easy access, one block from the beach. Huge fully stocked kitchen. I loved the little details. Beach towels, beach chairs. The place was impeccable. Contact with the host was easy and fast. I’d highly recommend! And will be coming back! Thanks for having us ❤️

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Ben's place was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Santa Cruz. it's clean, quiet and comfortable and centrally located, so easy to get to everything. The space is very true to the pictures, the kitchen is fully functional with good appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils for easily eating in. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house and Ben is friendly and communicative while also respectfully honoring his guests space. We felt safe and comfortable and would absolutely recommend Ben's place as well as stay here again.

Daniel's place is a super nice spot for a couple or two individuals that know each other well. Its in a very walkable area with plenty to walk to. The balcony is super nice to sit on and chill. Kitchen is fully stocked and good to go. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we had a great time. If its colder weather (it was high 50s to mid 60s) you will need to rug up inside.

Dan’s place was walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking definitely a plus! Dan is such a great host and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

Lovely comfortable and spacious home in peaceful neighborhood. Lovely gas stovetop and relaxing living room to act as lovely base to explore SJ from. Easy to access highways. Flowers in garden are very beautiful, hosts are responsive and communicative, we had a lovely stay!

Grew up in Santa Cruz and coming back to visit, this place really felt like home. Thank you for sharing your space with us for the weekend. Look forward to coming back

The home was perfect for what we needed and the location was great. The only disappointment was the shampoo/conditioner/body wash options. Some bottles were missing lids and the soap was watery. Other than that, the home was great.

Perfect place to stay near the beach. Was too cold for beach activities but enjoyed walking the neighborhoods along the beaches with all the spring flowers blooming. House had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Great hosts!

This is a great place with awesome views. The living area is perfect for reading a book or just sitting with friends and family while enjoying the beautiful 180-degree sea view. The only issue we faced was that the thermostat was already broken when we arrived. However, due to some misunderstanding, the host reached out and claimed that we had damaged it. This was the only negative experience, but I didn’t want to give a low rating because the place itself is truly beautiful.

My family felt right at home. This place is very comfortable and is close to everything, prime location if you want to explore San Jose. Backyard is beautiful with fruits for us to pick. Host is responsive and helpful, would recommend anyone to stay here.

We are repeat guests at Murthy's place. It is ideal for a couple who wants to easily walk to 2 great grocery stores plus Bevmo and hang in or wander out and simply walk to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. That said you are located on a very private and quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with appropriate ware. The bed was super comfortable and the couch in the main room converts to a bed or just a get spot to watch the numerous channels available to you. Murthy and Rima are such kind hosts! We got a personal welcome letter and a number of treats they left. They are great communicators and offer lots of information and guidance about the area if needed. One of our favorite parts about the unit is the great skylight in the bathroom. Its fun to shower with that as your only light!! There were lots of towels, nice soap and shampoo too. There were a ton of amenities we could have used but our trip was short. Things like the little washer / dryer in the unit are a great hit. Awesome!

This house fit our needs perfectly. We were able to easily walk to our seminar and cook our own meals in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

Graciela's place was cozy and perfect for our little trip. The kids loved the pool area and the snacks!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

This was our second stay at My's beach condo. It's well maintained and has easy access to the Pajaro Dunes beach.

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

Just go and let Aaron be your host! You will not be disappointed. Aaron was very accommodating, and can’t wait to return to the Harbor House.

This is our second time at Sally's Seaside Condo. Wescrutinized different units and we came back to this one for several reasons - of course, Sally is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The key amenity is the view - we love the sunset from this unit ... April through the summer from this unit. The view is indeed the killer feature. Everything All the rest is gravy - the unit is setup very comfortable for a weekend stay, walking to restaurants across the street, walking to the beach, hot tub, etc..
