Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Enjoy some family time in the AC watching Netflix on our 70’ TV. We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Looking for some adult fun instead, we are 20 mins from the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada.
