Teresa’s home is a perfect holiday stay. The location is great, just behind the Biosphera with a taxi rank outside so easy to get about if you’re not a big ‘walker’ like my hubby. Teresa recommended restaurants and booked tables and taxis for us, as well as offering to put us in touch with medical aid when we went down with the flu/cough everyone seems to have. Would highly recommend Teresa as a host!

Es lo que pides y es lo que ofrece , comodidad y tranquilidad Para los que les guste ver el amanecer y caminar os recomiendo madrugar e ir al paseo de la playa de matagorda , viendo la playa de frente vas hacia la izquierda y verás el amanecer junto a la pista del aeropuerto , os aseguro que es impactante ver los aviones despegar/aterrizar a unos metros mientras ves el amanecer en una playa inmensa

Not long back from a 4 week stay at Linda's lovely apartment. Apartment was nice and clean, had all the amenities we needed, lovely balcony with sunshine all day overlooking a nice garden. The complex is partially residential/holiday homes and is very well maintained gardens and pool constantly being cleaned and attended to. There are plenty bars/restaurants on the doorstep or a 10 minute stroll into the main square or waterfront. Linda was great host. We had a couple of queries before booking (which was easy), and contacted her during our stay and was always helpful and quick to respond. Wee tip for future guests - don't leave your towels unattended at the pool if going back to the apartment for lunch, the security guard may remove them. It's ok if playing in the pool and remember the red pool card card as he will.ask for it. Fair enough, that's the complex's rules. Great holiday though and love to return.

This is a fabulous stay in Peurto Del Carmen. A short walk down the hill to the strip where there is a gorgeous beach and a long strip of promenade with bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a secure place that is gated and the apartment is spotlessly clean and ideal for a holiday. Lidl is a nice flat walk of around 10 minutes or less and there is smaller supermarkets across the road and down the hill. The walk into the old town is also nice and flat as well as a 15 minute walk to a shopping centre! The location and facilities are great. The host is so helpful and responsive and helped us with everything we needed whilst on holiday! We’d definitely stay again!

Séjour très agréable chez Eva qui est très accueillante, prévenante , discrète tout en étant dispo pour rendre service . L'appartement est bien situé sur l'ile malgré la proximité de l'aéroport et permet de bien sillonné l'île. Proximité de nombreux commerce. Visite quotidienne d'un paon majestueux dans le jardin privé. Appartement très bien équipé et propre.

Lara was an excellent host, who was always responsive to any questions we had. Apartment is modern and very well kept. Lara also arranged for the apartment to be cleaned , with clean towels and change of bed after one week. Apartment has a nice small terrace, which gets the sun for a few hours in the afternoon. Communal Area General Grounds are well kept Very Friendly Residents Pool is not heated, therefore very cold while we were there in March. Sunbeds around the pool were not very comfortable

Ben was a fantastic host and communication was terrific, especially as my bag had been switched by accident the first day and I was in a panic, he was so helpful. The apartment is amazing, spotlessly clean and everything you need. We were 10mins walk if even from the beach and strip but the complex was so quiet we had the best of both worlds. Would throughly recommend Ben's apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again, right beside the pool too! Thanks Ben 😊

We spent 11 days with Natalia and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is small, but it lacks nothing and is perfectly adequate and tastefully furnished. The terrace and the pool are of course a big plus, although we didn't use the pool as it was still too cold/windy for us. Checking in was completely unproblematic. Tias itself is in a great location and not a classic tourist town, which we really enjoyed. Ideal as a base for all trips. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

A lovely quiet location, with a private pool. Well within walking distance of everything. From shopping for provisions to bars and restaurants, all is there if you dont mind a little walking The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you like a little peace and quiet with the bonus of your own pool 5 yards from your front door.

Nos alojamos por motivos laborales y estuvimos encantados en el apartamento.

Während vier Wochen haben wir die Unterkunft Meeresbrise in Costa Teguise genossen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge, die Busshaltestelle ist in ein paar Schritten erreichbar, sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und zum nächsten Sandstrand ist es ein kurzer Spatziergang . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, perfekt eingerichtet mit sehr praktischer Küche. Maria und Oscar sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die Kommunikation wunderbar unkompliziert und unaufdringlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr still, der Garten der Anlage wird gepflegt und der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Auch der zweite Pool mit Salzwasser ist ein Genuss. Waschmaschine funktioniert bestens und Reinigungsmittel in Hülle und Fülle vorhaden. Der Supermercado ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Special Event Sintflut: Wir erlebten ein heftiger Regenguss bei dem in der Umgebung viele Lokale mit Überschwemmungen und Stromausfällen zu kämpfen hatten. Die Wohnung blieb absolut unversehrt. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles.

Gustave is een super goede host. Hij staat voor je klaar, heeft ons snel geholpen met al onze vragen. Hij is een super enthousiaste en vriendelijke man.

Il posto è estremamente tranquillo, e perfetto per una gita a La Graciosa. Si può andare a piedi al traghetto. Altrettanto comoda è la zona del Caletòn Blanco, a pochi minuti di distanza. Ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, e un comodo supermercato. Zuza e Miguel offrono anche ombrellone, stuoie e solari per una "vita da spiaggia". Perfetto per chi vuole restare lontano dal fracasso di Costa Teguise.

Schöne Unterkunft und der Ausblick vom Balkon war super. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief gut und die Unterkunft war sauber. Vielen Dank!

Great location, easy access to main strip, quiet and peaceful , good security , well maintained gardens. Apartment exactly as described great value for the money.

The accommodation is perfect for two people. Tastefully decorated with everything needed to have a great stay. The bed is comfy and the bathroom and shower spacious. The hot tub is a great bonus and the outdoors is perfectly sunny and tranquil. Carlos and Sofia are lovely hosts and so friendly and helpful. Their English is limited but our Spanish even mire so but we communicated perfectly. They even stopped by the evening before we left and gave us a parting gift of souvenirs which is a lovely touch. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Puerto Del Carmen! It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and very convenient for exploring the rest of the island. Communication with Naomi was smooth and responsive, both before and during our stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the jacuzzi and beautiful sea view—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Apt 01 is lovely, clean, modern and secure, the gated apartment is within a gated community, furnished with all you need to a high specification a place that feels more like a home than a holiday let. The bed was extremely comfortable, showers great and the WiFi the best I've experienced in the Canaries. The terrace with sunbeds, sofas and of course the hot tub was a lovely place to relax. Within a short stroll is a Supermarket, lovely Restaurant, Car Hire and a Farmacia. It is on a hill which gives the views 5 mins walk to harbour, 10 mins to nearest beach and 15 mins to strip, maybe a bit longer coming back up. We were there Monday till Saturday only noise heard was from the Disco below on the Friday night, low level thud of the beat wouldn't wake you but can be heard if awake hence the discount. Was a great stay and great value for money.

We had a lovely time in David's amazing place and beautiful garden. It was the perfect choice for our 4 year old's first holiday. He loved the rich wildlife in the garden and will fondly miss Lua the puppy and Suzie the tortoise. The apartment itself is cosy and well presented, and contained lots of useful equipment to improve our time at the beach. David is a great host who gives space to his guests but is always there to help if you need a hand. Haría is a great place to be based and, without a car, we utilised the bus network to access destinations across the North. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

Loly y su hijo una maravilla hemos pasado 4 días allí, te deja comida en la nevera para poder desayunar y por no hablar de las rosquillas hechas por ella.. una anfitriona como no había visto nunca. Estoy segura que si volvemos a la isla, que volveré, me volveré a alojar aquí ! Sois un encanto ojalá todos fueran como vosotros!!! Desde Valladolid os recomendaré a todo el que me pregunte !!! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie wir erwartet haben. In der Ausstattung und Gemütlichkeit, vor allem aber in der ruhigen Lage und dem tollen Ausblick übertraf sie aber unsere Erwartungen. Die "casita" fühlt sich wirklich wie ein Zuhause und nicht wie eine Ferienwohnung an. Die liebevollen kleinigkeiten machen es zu etwas ganz besonderem. Wir kommen wieder, liebe Alyson.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist noch grösser und schöner als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt. Super kinderfreundlich und toll ausgestattet. wir hatten eine tolle erholsame Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
