Saffron Walden has been voted the best place to live in the UK! This two bed house in our charming country town has a south-west facing garden and is a 10 minute walk to the town centre, and a 15-20 min walk to Audley End. Children friendly house, great walks around and parks in the town. A short drive (30 min) or train (15 min) to Cambridge and close to London (nearest train station Audley End). Great for travelling business professionals, a weekend away, visiting family, and tourists!

The Garden Annexe

Set in the historic village of Babraham, The Garden Annex is a tranquil, self-contained and spatious double room with TV, WiFi, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and new, uniquely designed en-suite shower room complete with Japanese-style bidet toilet. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park. The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service!

Only 8 miles from the city of Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
