There are many local pubs and eateries & & shops and a bus stop at the end of the road for buses towards Southampton, Lyndhurst or Lymington, with links to explore the region and a short train journey will take you to Bournemouth for the beaches! There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from.

This self contained guesthouse is perfect for escapes to the New Forest. Situated in the New Forest National Park 'Forest’s Edge' is great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Our guesthouse is very comfortable with a sofa, arm chair, king size bed, bunk bed & trundle in one room. There is a separate kitchen & separate shower room with toilet & basin. The garden is huge with lots of seating. We welcome dogs & we are close to Peppa Pig (Paultons Park) and the beach. Cats not allowed.

We' re in the New Forest, as little as 4 mins on foot to fabulous forest walks and trails. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance ( The White Hart, The Coach and Horses, Le Chateau Bistro.) 4 miles to Lyndhurst, Highcliffe castle beach, Steamer Point, Mudeford approx 30 mins drive. Southampton, Salisbury .Bournemouth all close by.

This beautiful self-contained little cabin has been custom made. You have a single-double extendable bed. Desk, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, crockery, toaster. Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. This is a private peaceful space, with self check-in for greater flexibility. * If you are 2 guests please book for 2 people * Early or late check-ins need our agreement, notice helps us to be flexible where possible

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Free parking on site but if you’re travelling on public transport, Ashurst New Forest station is a 5 minute walk, and Southampton station is just 10-15 minutes in a taxi. Ashurst is home to some stunning walking routes for you to enjoy.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Family Forest Retreat – Steps from Paultons Park

Lovely two bedroom Foresters Cottage in the New Forest National Park. Beautifully decorated throughout and fully equipped. Two large comfortable bedrooms. With an Aga and a Wood Burner. A short walk to open forest and local amenities. Close to Paultons Park, Lyndhurst, Lymington, beaulie, and Southampton. A short drive to Winchester, Salisbury, Portsmouth and Bournemouth. Great location for Cycling, Hiking, Horseriding, fishing, and sailing.

This accommodation will suit a couple or small family wanting to be centrally based yet within easy access of the surrounding villages. The popular village of Lyndhurst has many independent shops, two mini-markets, several restaurants to suit all tastes, pubs and café’s all within a five minute walk of the cottage.
