1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, music, shopping, movies, coffee and more! Morro Bay is short drive to Wine Country, SLO, Pismo Beach, Cambria. Bring your pets we love all animals! Due to severe allergies of some of our guests we cannot accommodate service animals at this time.

Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.

This little 2 bedrooom/2 bath home is a hidden gem in Arroyo Grande's quaint Village. Chefs will appreciate the high-end range in the well-stocked and spacious kitchen. Enjoy relaxing on the protected south-facing deck with Dune views in a peaceful setting, walking distance to Village shops/restaurants. We make cleanliness a priority and provide luxurious linens as well as toiletries. Behaved pets welcome.
