The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). The outdoor area has a pool, outdoor solar shower, pergola and dining area, fireplace and has a perfect sea and mountain view. Welcome!

This exclusive terraced house Malo Misto in Ruskamen, Lokva Rogoznica offers a perfect destination for families and friends, with three large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunlit living room with a sea and pool view, 2 balconies with trampoline, a spacious terrace with a private pool, sunbeds, coffe table, chairs and sun umbrella, and a barbeque on the ground floor. Local beach bar located right at the beach Ruskamen as well as grocery store just a minute walk from the apartment.

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Das Penthouse ist i der 3. Etage und hat einen sensationellen Blick auf das Meer, die Stadt, die Inseln Brač und Haar. Den Sonnenuntergang lässt sich von der großzügigen Terrasse wunderbar genießen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und auch verkehrsruhig mit dazugehörigen Parkplätzen und viel Grün. Der Infinitypool mit auch einem Blick auf das Meer bietet für alle Gäste im Haus einen Badespaß. Die Wohnung ist mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet.

Unsere stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich wunderbar für Gruppenreisen. Die Villa besteht aus zwei Doppelhaushälften mit jeweils eigener Küche und zwei Bädern. Das größere Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, das kleinere über zwei. Beide bieten eine eigene Terrasse zum Entspannen. Ein Grill lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Poolbereich und Sonnendeck können gemeinsam genutzt werden. Für unsere Gäste stehen insgesamt vier Parkplätze bereit.
