Please note there's no kitchen, but there is a fridge, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery for light meals. It has its own private entrance and is superbly located just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Bath.

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Made from locally grown and sawn larchwood and largely fitted out from locally reclaimed timber All electric is solar generated and all water is filtered ground water, (tested crystal clear by wessex laboratories). Compost from the toilet is used for tree planting on site. She is ideally suited for single travellers or couples and couples with children.

It's a very short walk to the shops of the city centre and a stone's throw from The Holburne Museum, Bath Rugby ground, and one of Bath's most famous sights: Pulteney Bridge. The flat consists of sitting room / kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and upper mezzanine with daybed, and promises a quiet stay.

When the forecourt in front of the studio is free you are also welcome to park there .The short , narrow drive from the street entrance to the studio is suitable only for small cars and at your own risk.

The Barn is a traditional stone built, recently, sympathetically converted grain store. It has its own entrance , parking and private paved outdoor yard space to sit out in and other than handing the key over and giving it back, barring any help and advice guests might need, you will be left to your own devices!
