Woning geboekt voor verblijf met 5 volwassenen voor het lange Paasweekend. Mooi gerenoveerde woning met gebruik van duurzame materialen, heel gezellig en hedendaags ingericht. Alles ook brandschoon. Leuke tuin met zwembad, lijkt me heerlijk in de zomer. Woning is rustig gelegen in een leuk dorp. Winkels en leuke restaurantjes op wandelafstand. Tijdens verblijf een aantal keer contact gehad via de App. Steeds snelle en erg vriendelijke reactie. Een echte aanrader.

The views from Villa Elaia were nothing short of spectacular from the Mediterranean Sea (panoramic view from Nice to Cannes) in front to the mountains in back, in a peaceful neighborhood, well sheltered and private and in walking distance to a gorgeous, medieval, artisan village and everything it had to offer. We loved absolutely everything about this magnificent villa; from the spaces: the comfortable & large living inside and outdoors along the expansive terrace, the tastefully decorated bedrooms, ample bathrooms, gardens, terraces, amazing pool, and fantastic kitchen & dining areas both inside and out. It was perfect for a family reunion. Sophie and her team were delightful and responsive. Book this place, you won’t have any regrets!

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

We had a fantastic week in Emanuela’s house. The house is extremely authentic, well proportioned and has an excellent location. 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the shops, 10 minutes from the old town. The host was very responsive and helpful. If this house is available to book, book it.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home. Sending lots of love to MJ for making this a memorable week for everyone in our family. We will be back for sure!

Dit is een fantastische woning. Met recht een klein paradijs. Zowel binnen als buiten. Het huis is mooi ingericht. Natuurlijke materialen. Een goed uitgeruste keuken. Goede airco in alle ruimtes. Buiten is ook fantastisch. Een heerlijk zwembad. Heel veel plekjes om in de zon of in de schaduw te relaxen. Een leuke bbq/plancha. De jacuzzi is ook een super beleving door het sfeerlicht en het uitzicht. In de omgeving zijn veel leuke dorpjes te bezoeken. Of Nice (30 min). Bruno en Virginie zijn super vriendelijke hosts. Reageren snel. Wij raden deze accommodatie van harte aan.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement à la déco stylée, très bien équipé et très confortable. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal ; la réputation du Carré d'Or à Nice n'est pas usurpée. De plus, Marie-Françoise est une hôte très sympathique qui partage les bonnes adresses et qui se montre très réactive. Une adresse précieuse !

Asunto on mukava neljälle aikuiselle. Sijainti aivan meren äärellä, kaunis maisema. Alakerran boulangerie on loistava, herkulliset tuotteet ja ystävällinen palvelu. Lähistöltä on helppo liikkua bussilla ja junalla pitkin Cote d’Azuria. Jose ja Catherine ovat ystävällisiä ja joustavia isäntiä.

What a treasure we found in Amandine’s gem of an apartment! Amandine was so friendly and great at reaching out ahead of time, with clear instructions and she checked to see if we had everything we needed after we arrived. The apartment was spotless, but also romantic and stylish, and filled with lovely personal and thoughtful touches. Wonderful bed linens and very comfy bed, plentiful towels, great water pressure in the shower and treats left for us to enjoy. The location is in the heart of Saint Paul de Vence with a view of the old buildings and restaurant below. We could not have been happier with our choice and would not hesitate to recommend.

Super appartement, très bien placé, décoré avec goût. Idéal pour notre petite famille de 4 personnes. Le balcon et la place de parking privée sont un vrai plus ! Anne est très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir une semaine de beau temps 🙂

Grégoire’s unit offers beautiful views with a spacious, clean living area. Steps away from restaurants and the Old City area! I had an excellent stay.

Brilliant location. Great, comfortable base, just like the photos. Very helpful host. The balcony is a real bonus, lovely place to sit. Walkable to seafront and the many things Nice had to offer. Very close to supermarkets, cafes, tram stop for both lines (including to the airport), station for trips along the coast. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

Super séjour dans la villa. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place pour passer un bon séjour. La villa est dans un endroit calme et paisible et le jacuzzi est un gros plus. Logement fidèle à l’annonce et la communication avec le propriétaire est fluide, il prend soin de ses voyageurs. Je recommande cette location.

Agréable séjour dans une villa avec un cadre reculé et paisible. Un espace extérieur avec beaucoup d'espace et très confortable .

A magical stay in beautiful Valbonne. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it really is a dream home. Well laid out, all the nice amenities for a family holiday Valbonne town is only 3min walk down the hill, loads of shops and restaurant options. Easy to reach nearby beaches and towns. Pool, sauna, gym and pétanque court was a real bonus The view and garden was incredible. Some comments about difficult access; it is a steep hill with narrow lanes. But we fit a 9-seater van up there and young kids managed the hill fine.
