Mikrohuset ligger i fredfylte og naturskjønne omgivelser i Solbakken- tunet på Os. Fremfor huset ligger Galleri Solbakkestova med sin tilhørende skulpturhage som alltid er åpen for allmenheten. In old days the apartment used to be a store, but is now a cosy flat with view to the street from the big window. No cars in the street, except short stops. However, parking houses are available if you have a car, e.g in "Birkebeiner senteret" and Rosentkrantz parking near by.
