You’ll stay in a private and peaceful setting right by the lake, surrounded by natures calm – yet still close to both the archipelago and the city. Here you’ll find tranquility, beautiful views and thoughtful details that make the stay feel like home. Living room – Bright and spacious with high ceilings and large windows facing both the treetops and the lake just a few steps away. There’s a dining area, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, and books, board games and light workout equipment available to borrow. Kitchen – Modern and fully equipped for convenient cooking: double hotplates, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee press and all the utensils and tableware you need. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided – so you can always enjoy a warm cup with the view. Bathroom/WC – Fresh and fully tiled with shower, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. A washing machine is available for longer stays and laundry, so you can travel with lighter luggage. Sleeping loft – Upstairs you’ll find a cozy loft with a made-up double bed (can be separated into two single beds – let us know if you’d like this prepared), a spacious wardrobe, hangers, iron, extra blankets and books for calm, slow mornings and restful evenings to unwind before bedtime.

Secluded Archipelago Retreat near Vaxholm

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

The social areas are spacious with the living room, kitchen, terass with barbeque/pizza oven and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m2 house. The pool is open during maj-sept. No pets allowed. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Välkommen till vårt gästhus med tillgång till brygga i bästa solläge! Här kan ni slappna av i lugn miljö och titta på båtarna som glider förbi eller ta tåget in till Stockholm och njuta av dess utbud av restauranter och nöjen. Tågstationen ligger på ca 10-15 min gångavstånd. Det tar 35 min med tåg in till Stockholm. Med bil tar det ca 30-35 min. Fri parkering. Fullt utrustat kök och badrum med kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dubbelsäng i sovrum. Bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrum.

Set in a beautiful area with a crystal-clear lake for bathing just 200 m away, with a nature reserve surrounding it. Sea dock ~700 m. 30 minutes to Stockholm by Waxholm boat, bus or car.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

15 minuter från Stockholm innerstad finner ni detta unika skärgårdsobjekt i söderläge med egen brygga om 100m2 samt privat strand. Strandpromenaden tar er till restaurang Smokehouse på 10 minuter, fortsätter ni 15 minuter till når ni restaurang Bruket Fin grillterass samt bastu med vy utmed Stockholms inlopp. Stor gräsmatta för lek och avkoppling. För den som önskar finns även möjlighet att hyra båt (intyg krävs) som ligger förtöjd vid den egna bryggan.

Sjönära Magasin från 1850 med fantastisk atmosfär

Ett unikt sjönära boende med fin utsikt över Åkers kanal, Åkersbro och Prästfjärden. Här bor ni i ett varsamt renoverat magasin i tre plan från ca 1850 med bevarad charm. Huset känns både lyxigt och ombonat och har en fantastisk atmosfär och lugn. OBS! Ej säkert för mindre barn; trappor utan räcken, fönster utan barnspärr i golvnivå med hög fallhöjd. Ej tillgänglighetsanpassat.
