The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Haus Regina ist ein selbständiges kleines Reihenhaus auf zwei Etagen mit eigenem Eingang. Unten sind das Bad, die Wohnküche und das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse. Oben sind die zwei Schlafzimmer: Das Große mit einem Doppelbett, das Kleine mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wie in Ferienhäusern üblich, sind Bettbezüge und Handtücher nicht im Preis inbegriffen, können aber für € 7,50 pro Person und Woche gestellt werden. EineTesla-Ladestation gibt es in 5 Km Entfernung an der Autobahn.

Das Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen, separaten Eingang und befindet sich im Souterrain. Über einen kleinen Flur (der nur vom Gast genutzt wird) gelangt man in das Zimmer. An das Zimmer schließt sich das eigene Badezimmer mit Dusche an. Optional (gegen Gebühr) kann die Sauna genutzt werden. Wlan ist vorhanden. Ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle sowie ein Wasserkocher stehen zur Nutzung bereit. Fahrräder und Motorräder können sicher in der Garage untergestellt werden.
