Excellent apartment, very central location close to Yale

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

Kimberly welcomed me whan I arrived and helped me with parking. I was given a tour and was thrilled with this accommodation! It was bright, minimalistic yet had everything I needed and other things I might have forgotten. A variety of coffees and teas were available, not to mention some snacks. I was impressed! It was just how I wanted my stay to be: quiet, clean and comfortable! I slept very well there. My only regret is I didn't have enough time to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. When I come to visit after my new great nephew arrives, this will be my first choice in the area!

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

The place is wonderful. It is exactly as it was described. It was spacious, quiet and a very good location. Nancy was responsive and provided helpful information on taxi and train service to the city. I would stay here again on our next trip to New York City.

Edward was a gracious host, quick to respond too. I and my parents enjoyed our stay there. The house is beautiful, with an awesome backyard, where we spent slow mornings sipping tea and watching birds enjoy the feeder. I would come back here if I was in the area.

Great place to stay for a work trip! There is plenty of parking and great neighborhood. I would book again.

I was so impressed with Annmarie’s attention to detail and amenities. She thought of EVERYTHING to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable, and was so easy to communicate with! I will definitely come back if I am in the area. So grateful for her and my amazing weekend stay!

Frank’s place was exactly what we needed, perfect for a weekend getaway. Quiet location, easy commute to and from the city, with great stores and shopping options nearby. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The desk, chair, and whiteboard are wonderful additions: perfect for anyone working remote! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy and we definitely enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Absolutely recommend 😊 Thanks Frank!

Great location. Easy check in and out.

This is exactly what we needed. A place to have a respite from the city, nestled in nature, dog friendly, close to everything, knowlegable and accommodating host and so friendly. Trisha was just wonderful. We are planning to make this place a destination to come back to every once in a while. It is close to NYC and yet immediately transforms you to serenity. Highly recommended.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Our family had a wonderful time at Stephen and Ericka's apartment. It has a nice floorplan using the space well with a lot of natural light. The town is very charming and very close to the train station for easy access into NYC. Stephen and Ericka communicated well and made sure we had all the information we needed before, during and after our trip. Will look to stay again when we are in the area.

Renee’s place was a nice and cozy getaway from the city, and surprisingly fit 5 people + 2 cats very comfortably! She was also very quick to respond to any questions I had, we had a great time!

This was exactly what we needed for a quick visit to visit Stamford! It was easy to check in and plenty of room for 2 families with young kids. The backyard is private and fenced in for early morning coffee and dinner. The location is very close to a park with playground and it was easy to get to 95. Would definitely stay again!
