This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

It is situated in the center of the old town and just 2-3 minutes from the Square and 10 minute walking from the beach. Apartment has 30 m2 and it is located in the groundfloor of a building that is situated in the comfortable living area in the heart of the city. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 2 persons.
