Enjoyed our stay. the home was absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful home with lots of things to do. Clean and quiet. We loved our time here and plan to return next time we are in the area.

We stayed here over spring break, and regretted not booking an extra night! Ryan’s home was everything we needed to relax away from home. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It has a very private back patio with pool and jacuzzi. My son is on the spectrum, and we needed space more than anything, where he would be comfortable. This place was that and more! I was able to cook his favorite foods, the kitchen was equipped with everything! We loved it and can’t wait to come back! Ryan and Ben were very responsive. Gave us great suggestions, we loved the coffee from The Human Bean per their suggestion. Overall great stay, and much recommended. You will not be disappointed! Also very clean and tidy, and lots of towels. The home was great if traveling with another family as well. It is very spacious thank you soo much! Will book again soon!

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

My daughters and I visited Fort Mohave to spend time with some family that live there. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and the kitchen had everything I needed to host a little bbq. I would highly recommend and we will look forward to a future stay at this property. Brian, the host, was great. He was very friendly and responded promptly to a couple questions I had. We enjoyed the pool and the Huge spa! Thank You for a nice memorable stay!! :)

I would like to say this was my second time booking this home, this time was just as lovely as the first. Very clean and very fun place to stay at. Everything was like 10-15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and will probably book it again soon.

The owner is an amazing person . This is a great place to stay if you have family , friends or coworkers. Everything isn’t far away and it’s peacefully. I stayed two months and i felt like i was back at home .

The house was beautiful. The kitchen stove was amazing. Nicest stove I’ve ever cooked on house was nice and clean. Very big.

I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

We loved our stay. House was comfortable and is in a great location. Beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There was all the dishes and utensils we needed to cook. Candice is a great host.

Our stay with Chris and Jackie was fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, provided excellent local recommendations, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the river, golf courses, hiking and casinos. The view of the mountains was stunning. The house was spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. I had a great stay at Ryan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Ryan was a fantastic host—very responsive to messages and always available if I needed anything. He also gave lots of great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which really helped make the trip even better. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Ryan as a host!

Steve was a great host. Proactively communicating and always responsive. The house is very nicely furnished and decorated. The place was clean and tidy. The weather didn't cooperate for us to spend time at the pool, but it looked like a great place to hang. We will definitely be staying there again whenever we make it back.

Comfortable and a lot of room

from start to finish this house was amazing! Barb and Pat did a wonderful job. there were a couple hiccups, but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. my family, as well as my 2 huskies were allowed to enjoy the pool, which was a winner in my books! i will definitely be using them again, and will recommend to everyone. my twins sure loved the small area of the pool that they could walk around in. the views are amazing! the floor plan is great, as its wide open. 10/10 highly recommend this house, as well as any other listings from lazy river getaways!

This is an incredible stay, we truly can’t say enough good things! The property is spacious and homey. Pool is perfect and the views are amazing! You can see a perfect sunset every night you stay! Scott was an amazing host! Thank you, we will be returning!

This home is the perfect combination of spacious and cozy. It is very clean and comfortable, so much so that we opted to stay in and relax rather than go out and adventure. It was great for 2 people for 2 nights but it would also be a great place for a family to stay for a week or two. I would love to stay there again.

I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in the area to stay! I was grateful for the baby swing and pack n play. The host was responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful 30+ day stay here. Host Tammy and Art were very accommodating and responsive to our questions. Our dogs loved it! Very cozy feel during our stay, and everything we needed from food and restaurants, to casinos and boat/jet ski rentals. I would stay here again in the future. Perfect spot to relax and swim. Plenty of space.
