We had an extremely enjoyable stay at Nick’s place. Very much a home away from home being very comfortable and well equipped. Check in was via key box however Nick popped in once we’d arrived to ensure all was ok. Highly recommend!

This air bnb is a Gem. We've already booked to come back! Suzanne and Ian are such kind and thoughtful hosts. The flat is so peaceful, clean, warm and comfortable, with lovely views of the garden - it has everything you need. The welcome hamper, milk and eggs are such a lovely welcome touch. The train station, bus stops, lovely walks, pubs, a cafe, and co-op mini supermarket are just a few mins walk away. This is a special find and we can't wait to come back!

I’ve stayed at this property several times now as I needed to be back near my childhood home. Any issues are always sorted very promptly and it has been literally a home from home for me. Thank you so much. I’ve loved each time I’ve stayed at the Old Red King.

The flat is right in the middle of Marple town with good parking and a very safe feeling. The shops, restaurants and pubs are right on the doorstep. The king-size bed is very comfortable, the flat is very clean, a nice size for two people and it is dog friendly. There is lots to do in the surrounding area if you have a car, but as Marple also has a railway station it is not vital. Jane was very helpful all the way through the stay suggesting an excellent bakery / cafe directly across the street. We would highly recommend this place as somewhere to stay.

Perfect location and property for my weekend in Manchester for the Marathon. Mandy and James had brilliant communication, answering any questions promptly and also giving clear instructions on accessing the property. The property was spotless and had all the amenities that you would need for a weekend. Nice home manual with handy maps, timetables and takeaway options should you need them. Ideal location for accessing the Tram stop, local shops and the canal for a wee walk.

Great place for a short stay in Sheffield. Lovely, clean and quiet with some nice touches for both style and comfort. Location is fantastic, free parking outside, Millhouses park a stones throw away, lots of amenities within walking distance and good transport links.

I had a lovely stay and felt warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. Host Emma was very helpful, which I especially appreciated as I was feeling a bit flustered after a long drive. Her thoughtful hospitality made all the difference. It was a wonderful surprise to find the place stocked with milk, eggs, crumpets, teas, jams, biscuits, and even a Terry’s chocolate orange—such a kind touch, and I really needed this after arriving late and too tired to go out for food. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole stay felt cozy and relaxing. There’s a lovely little seating area just by the window where you can enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful views of the hills in the distance. The location is also excellent—just a short walk into town and only about a 6-minute drive to great walking spots in the hills. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The property is in a great location, very well kept with all basic amenities. Gemma was especially helpful and accommodating after I mistakenly lost the keys to the cottage. Thank you for all the help and the great stay

A lovely place to stay if you want to climb in the peaks. Was a nice space for our large group to eat and hang out together. The hosts also have bouldering pads at the property that you can use! Just slightly difficult to find and get in to but the hosts help us with that.

Back from a 4 night stay at Callow Barn. An outstanding property, immaculate and very spacious with the most spectacular views across the valley. Very well equipped and comfortable. We loved the rural setting,watching the lambs play and pheasant visits. Even saw a deer. The host is very helpful and informative. My friends and I agree that this is our favourite property that we have stayed.The area is stunning,so much to see and do without traveling miles.

Great place to stay for the weekend of our relatives’ wedding. Check in was straightforward and hosts welcoming. Super house, load of space and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely private and secure garden for the pooch. Drive for off road parking. Cool tv and audio facilities. Sparkly clean top to bottom. Thoughtful touches like local walking books and a local map with recommendations for places to go up on the wall in the study. Even tea / coffee / shower gel / dishwasher tabs in case we had forgotten. Comfortable and homely. Loved it. Looking forward to visiting again. Thanks!

A perfect place for our family get together & to use a quote from our son ‘What a find!’ From booking to departure we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our host Penny was wonderful - great communication throughout, rapid responses to any messages, really flexible on check in/out times to help with having a young child with us. On arrival Penny met & showed us round personally. She was so warm & friendly we felt immediately at home. There were lovely thoughtful touches such a home baked cake, scones & croissants. Highfield House is absolutely lovely, set in gorgeous gardens & woodland. We were able to use the whole garden which included a play area perfect for our granddaughter. Beautifully furnished & with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Fixtures, fittings, linens & towels were great quality. The drawing room was particularly lovely. Penny organised a hot tub for us & this was a real plus. A fantastic, relaxing few days. Thanks for everything Penny!

Had a fantastic stay at North Cottage! It’s part of a stunning country house, yet is quite private and secluded from the rest of the property. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, super clean and very modern throughout. It’s set within a large plot, which is beautifully kept and landscaped and perfect for dog walks. I slept really well here and was very comfortable. It definitely lives up to the luxury billing. I didn’t want to leave. Claire was exceptional throughout, great communication and super responsive. And I massively appreciated being able to charge my electric car overnight at the property. I’ve used Airbnb for many years and this is by far the best property I have stayed in

Our stay at pear tree was so needed! It was a great location away form the city but close enough to lots of restaurants and local places within walking distance. An added touch was how quaint it was with a private hot tub too, perfect couples retreat!

Beautiful setting, cottage was spacious, comfortable and spotless! Kids loved the animals (especially the chickens and their eggs!) and it was so easy to do walks from the house. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic spot! The location is perfect for getting around the peaks and the setting couldn't be more peaceful. Being surrounded by farm animals and just a few other properties makes this the perfect place for undisturbed R&R. The house itself was exactly what we could have hoped for - if anything, the photos undersell it; it's a fantastic space and perfect for a couple. Everything was immaculate, the kitchen has everything you could want for those who prefer to cook at home, the bathroom is fab, (the shower is very powerful and just what you want after a long day walking, cycling or general exploration), and the living space is so light and homely. Mandy is the perfect host - she is super friendly, responsive and incredibly accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more. Her neighbours are also so sweet and accommodating - it was a delight interacting with everyone. Without a shadow of a doubt, we will be staying again. We loved it. .

We stayed here for 1 night as we were attending an event nearby. The apartment was lovely and set in beautiful surroundings. We had everything that we needed for 1 night. The bed and sofa's were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen clean and attractive. The apartment is above a triple garage accessed by very steep, shallow wooden steps which may be challenging for some. It is set in simply stunning countryside with a river at the end the garden. I would be happy to stay here again.

I required accommodation at the very last minute and Efe was happy to accommodate and was very responsive. I also had to extend my stay and again it was very easy to communicate with the hosts and access the property - the self and instant check in was great. The property is as described and has everything you need. It’s in a very walkable part of Manchester with access to amenities and parks. Thanks for a great stay!

This lovely flat was situated high up in the heart of Manchester City centre. Excellent location within walkable distance to bars and restaurants. The flat is very nicely decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the skyline. The flat was clean and tidy the kitchen was well stocked. My bed was super comfy with a lovely soft duvet. Warren was a really attentive host offering a large selection of places to eat and drink which took the pressure off of me having to do that before I came. I would highly recommend this place for a stay a little gem in the heart of the city.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Anthony the host was friendly and helpful and came to greet us upon arrival. The apartment was delightful and the kids especially loved the mezzanine bedroom - a really exciting treat. We felt right at home and can't wait to come and visit again. 100% recommend this place for both couples and families with one or two children between the ages of 6-14.

A perfect overnight stay before a charity walk in the Peak District. So peaceful and cosy and I wish I had of stayed a second night! ☺️
