The Knockie Cottage is a 2-bedroom cottage with bathroom and private access. Enjoy the views of the Highlands (approx 27 miles from Inverness) with its beautiful open countryside and mountains. Just outside you have Loch Knockie that attracts a variety of wildlife and is great for trout fly fishing. Enjoy fishing in the private Loch nan Lann. The Cottage is perfectly situated for explore Loch Ness and enjoy hiking the beautiful hills.

Looking for a stopover for some Nessie spotting in the Scottish Highlands? Our Hideaway Pod in Drumnadrochit village is the perfect base. The village is home to the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre and Urquhart Castle, located half way along the popular western edge of Loch Ness. Only 12 miles from Inverness and en route to the Isle of Skye, it is a popular, convenient stopover, with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and petrol station.

The Little Skye Bothy

We have replaced our Little Skye Bothy in 2022. Same view but a little more space and you still have your own piece of tranquility with outstanding views to the loch and the mountains. There will be more photos to follow soon. The pod has kitchen facilities, 2 ring hob and microwave (no oven). There is a shower room, breakfast bar and stools, TV and wifi is available.
