Very warm and cozy room. Felt really comfortable staying here. Location was perfect and convenient right along Avenue of the Giants in the Redwoods. Wonderful host !

Evergreen Haus was just as described. We found the home clean, tidy, and our room was as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. Eddie was very helpful with tips about going into Yosemite as well as local restaurants. My grandson loved the trampoline and looked forward to our return from the park to jump.

Larry's place was extremely comfy and convenient for taking my kids skiing at June Mountain. The space was cozy and well-stocked with all the comforts of home. The fireplace and hot tub available in the building really made relaxing with friends by the fire Apre Ski delightful. We all loved it and felt well taken care of!

We spent a few nights at Eddie’s place toward the end of a three week California road trip and it was one of our most relaxing stays. The lodge had everything we needed to make breakfast and to pack lunches for a day of sightseeing. Eddie gave great recommendations for hikes in this beautiful area and for local restaurants, and his lodge is in a great location to get to both easily. It was interesting to visit with Eddie about the history of the lodge and his labor of love to make it what it is today. I definitely recommend Eddie’s place if you’re in the Yosemite area!

I took my son on a college trip to visit Humboldt, and this was a convenient stop on our way. If you enjoy nature, you’re right in the heart of it here. I loved it—it was easy and peaceful. There are lots of beautiful, friendly cats roaming the yard, which added such a sweet touch. The river is just across the street, and I’ve truly never seen water that shade of turquoise before. Nature feels alive all around you. The unit itself is simple—exactly what I was looking for for the night—and it looks just like the pictures. The hosts were great: they called to check in with me on my drive up, were friendly and courteous, but not overbearing. A lovely stop for anyone looking to be surrounded by nature and simplicity.

Kana’s place was great! Clean, quiet, and peaceful. We really enjoyed the location, walkable to town. I just didn’t realize it was going to be on the third floor- so I was a little sore walking up after skiing. Comfy bed! I would only suggest including 2 bottles of water for guests when they get there 👍 Thanks Kana!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host even upgraded our room for free to a larger and nicer room. Cute little cabin in the redwoods, incredibly scenic. The cabin itself was super clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay here. The host even greeted us personally upon checkin! Both the checkin and checkout process were easy and I couldn’t imagine finding somewhere more scenic and cozy!!

Erg fijn verblijf gehad bij Joel! Gezellige en comfortabele plek. Alles is aanwezig om een makkelijke maaltijd te maken, comfortabel bed en fijne douche. Leuke binnenplaats, zeer creatief! Dankjewel! ☺️

Had a great stopover in this motel. Clean, comfortable and easy. No direct contact with staff - but everything clearly explained in advance and worked like clockwork. Superb vegetarian restaurant just a 2 minute walk away.

Marlin’s place was clean, quite very comfortable with a nice view. Looking forward to visiting more of his locations!

Lovely shady courtyard spot close to the west entrance of Joshua Tree NP. Will be back!

Such a nice place for a getaway -- clean, comfortable and warm. My kids enjoyed the spa and when they're happy, so am I. 5/5 will return soon!

We (3 cyclists) had arrived rather late, and were accommodated very well; the decor of the room and the amenities were excellent and homely, and it was a very pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend this place

Great room in a cute little town. Privacy was a challenge because we could hear the people next door like they were in our room.

This was exactly the getaway that I needed and I stayed for two nights. I felt a sense of euphoria the entire time I was there. Nothing better than waking up in a beautiful green forest and being able to breathe the fresh air and relax in the very hot tub. I really would highly suggest you stay more than one night, it made my experience that much better. The decor in the room, and at the lodge is really great, and I didn’t need anything extra like pillows or blankets. If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a spiritual and relaxing getaway this is the place. I will be visiting here again. Thank you so much!
