We loved our stay in the Hedgehog cabin. The surrounding area was beautiful and everything was really well thought out and maintained. We loved the hot tub and with the instructions found it really easy to use. The kids loved the shed full of toys. We’d have loved to do the walking trail while we were there but the weather stopped us so we’ll be back!

This is already my second time here so that is saying something. Only that this time i took the bigger cabin. Serene, clean, fresh air, a getaway much needed for my little family, facilities are top notch. We did the nature trail activity which was a good walk around the area. Love the place!

Me and my partner stayed for one night, we really enjoyed the scenery, and it was lovely and quiet. We booked mainly for the hot tub which we enjoyed but ended up enjoying chatting by the fire pit even more! The place was stunning, super clean and comfy. We loved the fairy lights that really added that extra touch to the place in the evening. Only thing we didn’t have was a lighter to light the fire pit, but the restaurant and bar managed to sort the issue out extremely quickly for us. We would definitely come back again.

Excellent stay for us and the hounds who we didn’t need to worry about in the secure garden.

we loved our stay here, despite the rain! The new pagoda meant we could still enjoy the hot tub. Our little ones loved it too! Everything we needed.

John was a great host, he welcomed us and was very friendly and communicated from the start. The lodge is so peaceful, quiet and scenic. The amenities are great, only suggestion would be some light blankets as it gets cold and they would have been nice to sit outside with. We didn't stay long, only 2 nights, would happily have stayed longer and would deffo come again for race days. Lovely local pub 2-3 min walk away the Red Lion, beautiful food and staff were friendly.

Good Morning Jade Even with the horrible weather it was lovely and cosy, perfect location, The Crown Pub was lovely for Dinner, The dogs loved it also, we will recommend and stay again, so was nice to chill out and we slept well, perfect little kitchen for our midnight snacks. Caroline is a very friendly and responsive host. The property was exactly as described and the facilities were fab. It's noted that it's remote and it certainly is, about 1.5 miles into the nearest village (Little Downham) but it can be a bit noisy for the lighter sleepers as it's very close to an active railway and crossing. Alfie Acres is clean and well equipped and would highly recommend.

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and chose Sherwood Farm on the basis of its proximity to the venue. When we arrived the lights had been left on for us as we had said we would be arriving late. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and extremely well equipped - with milk in the fridge and goodies on the side - and it is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Stuart and Carol were very helpful. It was the perfect place for the bride and bridesmaids to start getting ready on the wedding day morning! Thank you so much for the use of your lovely house.

We really loved our stay at Chris's place. It was perfectly located to our plans to visit friends and family in the area. The space was very tastefully decorated, comfortable, and squeaky clean! The kitchen was very well stocked with surprise treats ready for us when we checked in. The bed was super comfortable, which we feel is the real measure of a wonderful AirBnB property. Chris was helpful and responsive, and offered help when our hire car somehow picked up a nail. Fortunately, that was resolved quickly, even on a bank holiday Monday!! Their neighbors share a common friend with us, and we felt like everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I would recommend their place if you're in the area... the village, castle, pubs, walks, and the owners' garden were lovely, and we enjoyed them all! I hope to return soon on our next visit. A simple, bright, spacious and immaculately clean studio in a peaceful setting. The village is quaint with many quiet walks and easy access to Cambridge and Saffron Walden. Elmdon also offers an opportunity to see great examples of the regions vernacular architecture, including thatched roofs, decorative pargeting, flintwork and timber framing. It's evident that hosting means more to Fiona than just money. It was a warming experience and we certainly hope to stay here again when we're back in the area.

Had a lovely stay. Perfectly situated. Lots of decent bars and restaurants nearby. Took us about 20 mins to walk into town and i use a stick!. The Eagle pub, Thirst bar, Fitzwilliam museum. botanical gardens Kings college all worth a visit. Open top bus tour good way to get around. Bernie was the perfect host. Very responsive. Answered any queries immediately. Would definitely recommend 👍.

I've enjoyed my stay here very much! Alan and Teresa are both very friendly and hospitable. They took care of me very well by going above and beyond. This is a great place to stay at to enjoy peace and tranquil atmosphere while also being within 5-10minutes to Ely. Will definitely book again in the future!

Beautiful location, very private and well maintained gardens. The cottage was very homely with a large comfy bed. Nice bathroom and kitchen. The only thing it missed was a microwave in the kitchen. Had a lovely weekend and will definitely consider coming back again.

We had a great stay at Zoe’s hut. It was very peaceful. We had everything we needed. Great location if you are at Grafham for sailing/surfing.

Loved it. A great place to stay. Caroline provided lots of thoughtful little extras and was quick to respond to any queries. Accommodation is a great size with comfy bed, powerful shower and everything you need. A relaxing few days away. Loved the Geodome, which is a little added extra and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a hot chocolate or glass of wine. Burwell is ideally situated for trips to Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket and National Trust properties. Burwell kebab van and Thai food in the Anchor are both great. We enjoyed Ely cathedral and boat trip on the Liberty Bell. we will definitely be looking to stay again.

A nice quiet stay, a manageable drive to IWM Duxford which we had travelled to see. The cabin itself was clean and tidy, with breakfast kindly provided. We loved watching the sunset from the seat at the back of the cabin too. Perfect for a short stay.

I had a great stay at the Cabin - it is cozy, clean and so comfortable - I was staying over Christmas as family live nearby. It was so handy, and a welcome place to sleep after busy days! It has everything you need, and is just lovely :). I had a very nice stay, Julie was very communicative and helpful
