This was a great apartment for what we needed. 2 mins away from the venue that we came to attend. The apartment was clean and tidy with 2 en suite bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Next time we come to Beford we will book the same apartment again.

Really excellent place. Well located, nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed to cook with. The little desk was a lovely touch.

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

I had a great stay at Leonce’s spot. Just as described, and it had everything I needed, and I enjoyed my stay! I didn’t get to make use of the gym or the yoga studio as I was out and about alot, but that is a fun addition for guests. The location was also good, as everything was within a close walking distance, including some cool restaurants super close by. Thank you Leonce.

The stay was overall enjoyable. The Host was friendly and accommodating. Only “complaint” was that it was a little harder to reach the host than what we would have liked. But this was not an issue, just a minor inconvinience.

Perfect location - right between the train station, Town Centre, and High Street. Nice comfortable space with everything we needed. 5 stars and I'd love to stay here again.

Thank you for a great stay! Checkin/out, cleanliness of the studio, storage, duvet all really great and great to have a tv too (didn’t expect that in a student residence!). Towels could be a bit bigger/thicker, cutlery needs replacing and the pillows are very thin. Lots of other useful items like bottle opener, cheese grater, tea towels etc. I grabbed some earplugs & a pillow and slept much better (I’m a light sleeper tbf!) - just remember it is student accommodation. You’ll need your own shampoo, soap, spare toilet rolls etc. Communication was fantastic, can’t beat the location at all & I think the price was v reasonable, especially for an 8 day stay and for a studio setup. I’ll be back!

The property was even more spacious than suggested by the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were in great condition. Cloud 9 were friendly and helpful before, during and after our stay. The apartment felt part of a real residency but also secure with good amenities inside the building. There was adequate parking near by and inside a near car park. I would certainly consider coming back to this property when I return to Bedford.

Easily accessed although booked very last minute and communicate was on point even responding first thing on a Sunday morning. Thank you ☺️

Had a lovely stay in Usman's home. I felt welcome and host was friendly and responsive. Had everything I needed and slept comfortably. Nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to major transport links.

Despite my last-minute reservation, Matthew responded super fast, and he was super friendly. I had a problem booking, but he helped me out. There's nothing wrong with the place, it feels like home, and it's close to the airport. Thank you Matthew⭐️!

Great property for meeting up with a group of old school friends. Very spacious and well maintained. Fantastic location in easy reach of Cambridge.

Welcomed by Lynden's wife Andrea who was most welcoming and friendly, lovely room and bathroom that were spotless with a good supply of tea, coffee etc. We found it to be great value for the cost and when in Bedford again we would not hesitate in staying there again. Also a lovely continental supplied. Once again a big thank you for making us welcome.

We did have a little difficulty finding the place, but once we did it was perfect. We had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are planning a stay in the area. Especially if you are visit some on Base in Lakenheath.

the houst was very friendly, and answered all my needs. the place is very clean and it has a private garden. a lot of amenities, like kitchen, washing machine, and so on. only 1 minute from the bus stop, that takes you straight to the city centre. I highly recommend the room

We had such a great stay at Adele’s, the room was clean, comfy and modern within a beautiful house and surroundings. Adele and her partner were warm, welcoming and super helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!
