Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Carboneras

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

Alojamiento acojedor y muy recomendable, localizado en una zona tranquila y bonita del pueblo a dos pasos de la playa. Hemos estado muy comodos y sin duda repetiremos.

Ein romantischer Ort direkt am Strand. Man hat das Gefühl, dort schon seit Jahrzehnten mit der Familie den Sommer verbracht zu haben. Wer modernen Luxus sucht, sollte vielleicht einen anderen Ort wählen. Luxuriös ist hier der Ort, der einen direkt zu Hause fühlen lässt. Die Einrichtung ist persönlich, gemütlich und hat Geschichte. Marta war immer erreichbar. Wer Glück hat, erlebt die Baustelle nur selten. Wir hoffen, dass dieser Ort noch lange erhalten bleibt.

we love this apartment, so much so we will be returning for our 4th visit in June. It is in a perfect location, 2 amazing restaurants just across the road. Highly recommended. Isme always available to chat.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Amber. Ein sehr schönes Apartment, alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr ruhige Gegend, 200 Meter zum tollen Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Una casa muy bien puesta y con detalle. La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Viajaba con mi hija de año y medio y en la casa Olga tiene trona, bañerita, cuna de viaje baby bjorn (aunque yo no la he utilizado) y barrera para que no subiera la escalera, esto ultimo ha sido clave para estar tranquilos! La parte de arriba tiene una terraza muy agradable con vistas al mar, con una gran habitación. El baño es muy pequeño y no muy cómodo, es mejor el del piso de abajo, pero para 4 días nos hemos apañado. Para la gente sensible a la luz, hay que ponerse antifaz para dormir porque solo hay estores y cortinas y en cuanto amanece entra mucha luz, pero hasta el antifaz lo encuentras en la casa. Como digo, todo pensado. En la cocina me pareció raro que los cubiertos fueran de plástico pero bueno, no es un drama. En general, muy buena estancia, cómoda, buena ubicación y la comunicación con Olga, de 10.

Notre séjour passé chez Gerrit fut tout simplement parfait en tout points de vue ! Gerrit nous a accueilli chaleureusement et est resté en contact avec nous durant toute la durée du séjour pour nous faire des recommandations et répondre à nos questions. La maison a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour de qualité. La localisation est fabuleuse pour recharger les batteries et se détendre. Cabonneras a cette période de l'année est un petit havre de paix avec la mer à quelques pas de la maison. Encore un grand merci Gerrit pour TOUT! Vous êtes un hôte exceptionnel et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dès que l'occasion se représentera 🌻

We had a wonderful week at Alex's villa. Adults and the children all had a brilliant time. Alex has a wonderful Villa in a great location, Playa Mojacar. Lots to do in the area and beyond, great mix of restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay again if possible.

Stunning location with uninterrupted views of the Med and spectacular sunrises. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The communal pool was great and right outside the gate from the lovely terrace. The rooftop would benefit from loungers, a shade and table and chairs to get the most out of the views including the mountains and the Old town behind. The main bedroom needs a wider bed and better mattress. Good fans in all rooms but one wasn’t working in the small bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen which we utilized for main meals using local produce from the fishmonger and butchers a few steps away. All round lovely week. Thank you Beatriz

Lugar acogedor con unas vistas y entorno muy relajante para desconectar. Magnífico diseño y lugar acogedor. Merecería la pena repetir.

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

My husband and I came to Spain to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Sam and Mats place was incredible! It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. If we felt like staying in, we did not feel like we were missing out especially with the massive terrance and gorgeous views! Such a special place! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Easy walking distance from the main coastal walk with many shops and restaurants minutes walk away. They also gave the most helpful recommendations for local spots and wonderful restaurants. We had a power outage and they checked on us right before the internet went down and informed us of what was going on. It was a 5 star stay! We loved every minute and really felt like we picked the perfect hidden gem!

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Maravillosa estancia en Mojacar. Urbanización tranquila y familiar. La casa estupenda, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. La playa se encontraba a escasos metros de la casa. La piscina de la urbanización fabulosa. A destacar la amabilidad de los anfitriones, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con muchos detalles. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda para repetir.

El apartamento está fenomenal, tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Además, tanto el sofá como las camas son muy cómodos. La anfitriona es muy amable y responde rápido a los mensajes para resolver cualquier duda o problema. En la nevera había agua, refrescos y Zumos como detalle de bienvenida. La persona de contacto muy amable también y nos explicó todo lo de la casa y la zona muy bien. Aparcamiento privado dentro de la urbanización y acceso directo privado a la playa.

muy lindo y cómodo departamento a estrenar tiene de todo, para conseguir estacionamiento, costaba un poco, sobre todo de noche, pero no más de 300 a 500 mts.

This home is simply amazing. Secluded, peaceful, and with an unbelievable panoramic ocean view from the huge terrace. Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and everyone loved being here. The home is set up more like a hotel than an airBNB - the hosts have thought of everything and go out of their way to make sure you feel pampered. Plenty of towels, easy to cook in the stocked kitchen, no clutter, but anything you need is there. The owners are so kind. They sent us lots of helpful suggestions of beaches and restaurants and we had a better time because of their ideas. They even went out of their way to come to the urgent care and check on us when one of our kids had a medical issue. Nothing negative to say and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

Juan Antonio nos recibió con la mejor de las atenciones y se preocupó de todos los detalles. El alojamiento está al lado de la playa, en un entorno tranquilo e inmejorable para desconectar. La casa es amplia, ordenada y con una limpieza exquisita.

Magnifique séjour! La communication avec Chus était excellente du début à la fin, elle a parfaitement répondu à nos questions et a trouvé rapidement toutes les solutions aux petits réglages demandés. L’appartement est idéalement situé et la vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Très bonne literie pour le lit double. Salles de bain assez petites mais ayant l’avantage d’être deux. L’appartement dispose d’une place privative de parking au pied de la résidence. L’arrivée autonome est très appréciable. Merci encore Chus pour tout!

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible.
