The Park Suite is a great for being near downtown. It includes a king bed, private bath, kitchenette, wifi, flat screen tv, and outdoor deck. The Suite has a private entrance with off street parking. Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. Our Place is full of country charm with little touches to make it feel more like your place! Cook in the full kitchen with a coffee bar, enjoy the deck to watch the stars or the animals play (Fiona the Great Pyrenees lives with her goats nearby & you may have visits from the friendliest beagle, Bella), or enjoy the fire-pit in the courtyard. Bring your furry friends with you! We are located close to the White River and Lake Leatherwood park as well as Beaver Lake which is about 5 minutes away.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. King bed, over sized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.
