“La casetta” superpanoramica si trova in un bellissimo antico convento di fine 500, all’interno di un piccolo e nascosto giardino con il pozzo storico che nel XVI secolo era utilizzato per innaffiare i vigneti a valle del villaggio vomero. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Intere flat with three double room, kitchen, wifi and with private bathroom. Close the International Airport of Capodichino, to the train station and the historical center. Il basso: tipica unità abitativa napoletana situata a ridosso della strada, rivisitata in chiave moderna e colorata in un luogo che trasuda storia e cultura: a pochi passi infatti si trova la reggia di Portici, la stazione del Granatello (primo crocevia in Italia) con il suo porto borbonico e le spiagge libere, e a soli 10 minuti a piedi gli scavi di Ercolano. Pochi minuti di treno per raggiungere il museo di Pietrarsa. Pizzerie, bar e servizi nelle vicinanze.

Profumo di mare è un attico bilocale di nuova costruzione, in villa, con un ampio terrazzo panoramico. È situato nella baia di Cartaromana, con vista sul golfo di Napoli (Vesuvio, penisola Sorrentino, isole di Capri, Procida e Vivara). L'attico è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. L'ampio terrazzo (50 mq), coperto per metà da una tettoia, è attrezzato con ogni comfort.
