Very friendly and communicative host! Location was great, close to beach and town both. Nice place, hosts left us a little gift too, very sweet!!

Great house for a 3 days stay in London while we wait for our house to be ready. Big fenced backyard for our little dog. Nice quiet neighborhood with madure trees and walking distance of pharmacy and grocery and my favorite Thai restaurant. Fully loaded but if they add a laundry room will be even better .

FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

Such a charming space! The house is "lived in", meaning it had all the creature comforts of a "home", it didn't feel like a sparse rental. My family and I were only there for 2 nights, but when I saw the fully stocked kitchen, I wanted to cook or bake! The beds were comfortable, tons of towels available, even robes... the backyard outdoor space was so cozy for morning coffee or afternoon lounging. The location is perfect: on a very quiet street, but a 60-second walk to the main village with wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as Little Beach. Susanna is a perfect host. Communication was outstanding. She was so helpful with finding places that would be open on Easter weekend. I would recommend Orchard Beach Boutique Cottage if you're looking for a relaxing place that is close to lots of amenities; I would love to go back during the summer.

We hope to come back! It was a great place for our family and our dog. It was exactly as described and accommodated us well. We were there in the winter but would like to visit in the summer to take advantage of the huge backyard and the beach close by.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect if you want to walk to main streets and has a Tim hortons right next door.

we loved our stay. Beautiful home, not cluttered at all which made it easy to keep tidy (I hate a cluttered airbnb). the linens and mattress were SO COMFORTABLE, I want to buy whatever comforter they used. the fire was an added touch.

This was such a nice and comfy space. My girlfriend and I went for a shopping/ spa weekend. We each had our own beautiful room and own bathroom which was luxurious. Great place. Wonderful location. Would love to go back.

The Copper Flat was a wonderful place to stay for our Brantford weekend. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our group of three. The location is fantastic and Megan is lovely to communicate with.

Carly was a fantastic host. Very proactive and left lovely complimentary snacks and things in the fridge that really came in handy! I would definitely stay here again! Absolutely beautiful space and within walking distance but still quite private.

This place has been one of the best places I have been to. Charlene and John are really great people who are welcoming, made us feel like home with everything available as described. The location and ambiance is great with peaceful environment and beach is just 10 minutes drive. Amenities like hot-tub, fireplace made the experience even better. We highly recommend visiting this place.

The suite was vey comfortable and well laid out. Unbelievably bathroom with heated floors and an incredible shower. Lots of kitchen space and a huge living room. The large bedroom with its king size bed made saying goodnight easy. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience a quiet retreat walking distance to downtown Paris. Jean, our host was very responsive to our questions and needs.

We booked simply needing a place to stay over for an early morning appointment nearby and ended up having an unexpected, relaxing, mini-vacation during a stressful time. Kelly was super responsive and helpful throughout, and everything we could have needed was provided. A wonderful space and super comfortable, highly recommend.

I have visited Stratford many times but never had the chance to stay overnight—this was the perfect location for walkability, charm, and proximity to all the amenities you could want right at your doorstep. Brett was an exceptionally responsive and helpful host, making me feel at home immediately. Although I came as a solo visitor for just one night, I look forward to returning for a longer stay with my husband next time. Thank you for a lovely visit. Cheers!

The place is convenient and nice and quiet ,there's washer and dryer but you have to bring on supplies and coins

Spent the weekend with girlfriends at Debbie’s beautiful condo! We were extremely satisfied with how smooth the check in was and how beautiful the space was! It was in perfect proximity to all of the local eateries and shopping downtown. Debbie gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to try. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and provided a perfect place to relax. This place exceeded all of our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

We were there to get ready before a wedding, the place was gorgeous and had plenty of room for people to get ready without being in each other's way.

Amazing place with a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean! We stayed here for a month, and it was the best travel decision I’ve made this year. The facilities are brand new, and the room was kept spotlessly clean. The host and property manager were highly responsive, addressing and resolving any issues promptly. We absolutely adored the window design, it allowed us to gaze at the sky and lake from indoors, bathing the space in abundant natural light. We’d love to return and book this gem again in the summer!

This place was a great getaway, even in the colder season. To be able to wake up and see the beach. It was clean, the his was responsive, and overall a great experience!

We had a wonderful winter weekend at The Red Sand Beachfront Luxury Condo. Helen was a terrific host and the accomodations were top notch! Spacious, spotless, well appointed and beautifully decorated. My wife and I felt at home as soon as we stepped through the door. The view is stellar - even in the winter! We enjoyed looking around Port Rowan and Port Dover, and had quiet, relaxing evenings watching movies in front of the cozy electric fireplace. Would highly recommend!
