Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

Alloggio perfettamente corrispondente a descrizione e foto. appartamento molto pulito,in ordine,dotato di ogni confort , arredato con molto gusto. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla,nessun rumore di traffico o altro. Comodo al centro città, con una passeggiata di 15 minuti Ca. Vesna host esuberante, simpatica, disponibile e proattiva! Si è prodigata in consigli e si è preoccupata anche della nostra colazione! Consiglio la struttura!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Appartamento molto grazioso ideale per fare 2 passi nel centro storico di Umbertide, facile trovare posteggio nelle vie intorno. Si trova all’ultimo piano di un palazzo storico e racchiude in se tanti piccoli dettagli che lo rendono affascinante. Sabrina è un host che vi risponderà rapidamente ad ogni domanda.

Joli studio dans un beau domaine viticole, idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain rénovée est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement du studio avec vis à vis direct sur toutes les voies de passage du domaine (fenêtre de la chambre directement sur la terrasse du restaurant).

Esperienza molto positiva grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilita dell' host, alla bellezza del luogo e della struttura e alla posizione in relazione al piccolo e grazioso centro urbano di Monteroni. La nostra camera, all interno del rustico casale, era molto comoda, larga, ben restaurata e offriva il meglio per un soggiorno nella compagine della campagna senese.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

A deux pas de la belle Sienne, rez-de-chaussée de villa agréable et spacieux. Grands espaces, belles sdb. Super équipement général (cave à vin !) mais ni tasses ni mugs. Pas d'huile ou de condiments ( sel). Très dommage surtout à la vue de la prestation générale. par contre capsules cafés en nombre suffisant. Presque parfait donc !

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Wir haben 5 Nächte bei Nicola verbracht und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich direkt zuhause fühlt und alles findet was man braucht. Sehr weitläufiges gepflegtes Grundstück mit schönem Ausblick von der eigenen Terrasse. Der kleine Bach in der Nähe ist wunderschön und wir sind dort baden gegangen. Zusätzlich dazu ist Nicola wirklich sehr nett und die beiden Katzen haben immer Lust zu schmusen ;)

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

Adrianos place was perfect. The apartment had all the amenities that anyone might need, and even a lovely little breakfast snack and tea in the kitchen. Adriano was a very sweet host and was offering to help with anything necessary. The location was a very close walk to the old city yet was a nice and quiet location. The place itself was squeaky clean with a perfectly functional bathroom and kitchen and all the space you may want. My partner and I had a really great stay and would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Montepulciano. Well worth the price

I stayed at this Airbnb on a farm, and overall it was a great experience. The interior was nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. I had rented a vintage Fiat 500 from another company, and when I brought it back, the host kindly pointed out a few issues—like a small oil leak—and gave me helpful driving tips, which I really appreciated. The location is quite remote, with no restaurants within a 15-minute drive, but the scenery is beautiful. The farm itself has stunning views over wide stretches of Tuscan countryside, which was a real highlight. Driving around also let me explore hidden spots most tourists wouldn’t see. The only downside is that the room doesn’t have a view; you need to step outside into the yard to enjoy it. Other than that, my stay was lovely, and I’d definitely recommend it for a peaceful countryside escape.

Great location next to fabulous Café restaurants and wineries. Maria Teresa was very responsive and helped us with a late checkout in the last minute. We would definitely recommend!

Très bel appartement, à 10 min. à pied du centre ville, tout près de la Porta Romana mais à l'écart de la folie touristique (appréciable) et avec cette terrasse fleurie avec vue sur les murailles ! Délicieux ! Et Alberto, très aimable et disponible... Merci, Alberto !
