Had a wonderful 2 nights staying in the cottage on a working farm. It felt really peaceful but was also only a 5-10 min drive to Ruthin. We stayed here so we could go walking in the Clwydian Range, this was around a 15-20 min drive depending on which car park we wanted to start the walk from, but it was all perfect for us. We even found a short local walk from the cottage itself along a public footpath. The cottage was very well equipped, we used the kitchen each evening, and it was a lovely cozy space. The cottage was immaculate and we really enjoyed the hot tub, and watching the horses nearby. Richard and Ceri were lovely and welcoming hosts and we'd highly recommend the rural retreat.

Great small touches lovely fresh eggs, bread, butter, wine and even supplied some baby food for our grandson. Very friendly and thoughtful, responsive to requests. We also met Luke who kindly lit us a fire in the evenings. Lovely Airbnb comfortable and in beautiful surroundings. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending our families and friends to stay.

My daughter's and I really enjoyed our short Easter break. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. A much needed retreat from Birmingham. We made full use of the wonderfully relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed a meal out at The Ship Inn and several walks along the river. We took a walk to The Severn Valley Visitors Centre and caught the steam train back from the Country Park Halt. A lovely afternoon out. We recommend this Airbnb and hope yo visit again in the future.

An amazing 3 nights stay at Cuddfan, perfectly placed to explore North Wales. Conwy, Zip World, Mount Snowdon and Llandudno all visited during our break 🙌🏽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. I would highly recommend this property, tastefully decorated, perfect location and good value for money. The hot tub after climbing Mount Snowdon, was absolutely amazing 🛀 💆🏼‍♂️

This accommodation was wonderful for our New Years hiking getaway with a group of friends. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay - especially jumping in the hot tub after our hikes! I also really appreciated the attention to detail, from the complimentary snacks to the extra touches like the blankets to cosy up in. The location was perfect—close to local areas like Betws-y-coed, and mountains like Moel Siabod or Yr Wyddfa, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a getaway. I will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at the cottage. Jan and her husband were so kind, friendly and welcoming. The check in process was super easy and we were given a lovely tour of the cottage and all the facilities. The garden was secure which was great for our dogs. The cottage was super clear and the beds were very comfy. The hot tub was amazing! And the views all around the cottage were breathtaking. There was a really helpful guide in the cottage filled with local recommendations which we found really helpful. My cousin was planning to come visit us whilst we stayed at the cottage in her small camper van, Jan was so kind and allowed her to park in their yard so she could be close to us instead of having to park at a campsite. Their kindness blew us away!

We absolutely loved our stay at the enchanting cottage. It was very peaceful and situated in beautiful surroundings. We were delighted by the accommodation, and with four of us, we felt there was plenty of room. One minor issue we encountered was that the WiFi password was slightly confusing, and the postcode led us to a different location, which caused a bit of confusion. The description 'fourth house down on the right' was confusing; maybe 'the large red house' would have been more useful. However, the pictures showing the house and the location of the car park were very helpful in finding the house. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We are incredibly grateful for your wonderful hospitality. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cute and peaceful stay.

Wow! We could have e stayed forever! Mark is an excellent host, we found everything just as described, with helpful suggestions to maximize our time in the area as well as little welcome touches like tea cake and a personalized welcome letter. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the space just oozed charm. So convenient, and shops just steps away. Great shower, cute and private back patio, quiet neighbours, and parking on site. Mark hit all the boxes on our list. Thank you for helping make our stay in Conwy so memorable!

We had a fantastic stay! The property is dog-friendly, which was perfect for us-our dog loved pottering around the secure garden, and we felt totally at ease knowing he was safe. The views from every window are absolutely stunning, and the whole place was spotless, cosy, and very comfortable. The welcome pack and fresh flowers were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. Emma is an amazing host. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

We loved our stay in this pretty cottage. It was very clean and comfortable and incredibly well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out and sit and chat in the evenings. The front garden is a sun trap and a great place to sit and chill after a busy day. The cottage was easy to find and the key safe makes it easy to access and means you’re not tied to a specific time. Great power showers and comfy beds too. The perfect place to stay if you want to be in Betws.

A peaceful and relaxing stay with beautiful scenery and plenty of walks near by which was perfect for us. Bala is just a few minutes drive away which has all the amenities you'd need for a short or long stay. We took our fairly reactive dog with us and she settled in right away and slept soundly through the night. We cooked a roast on the first night and the kitchen was well equipped for this 🙂 Wifi was good in the lounge and we loved the DVD collection! The bedroom was downstairs and the bathroom upstairs, but this didnt bother us at all! Just something to bare in mind for those who aren't as abled. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting a break from the hustle and bustle and for those who love walking/water activities 😁

What a perfect stay! Jo’s place was lovely, it had everything you could need. Was quiet, peaceful, exactly as described. Jo’s guide to the place was so thorough and very helpful. We went on some lovely walks in the area - great location, can get to some really great spots without driving. Will come again :)

Lovely small cottage in outskirts of Dolgellau, short distance on foot from riverside walks, and close by car to glorious mountain hiking.

I had a fantastic stay! The surroundings were absolutely lovely—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved staying in this idyllic location. The garden was great for the dogs to run around in and we got to go on walks in the peak district. Judy is so lovely and the place was spotless. We would love to come again.

A lovely spacious cottage in a tranquil location. Great for exploring the local area, would recommend.

A perfect place for those seeking a tranquil get away together. The cottage had everything you could want including a huge bath! You had but to open the bedroom curtains to have a unfettered view of the river, and nature, with a private area both out the back and down by the river side to enjoy it even further. There are plenty of walks and things to see & do locally too. Hannah was a wonderfully responsive host. We hope to stay again soon!

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was well equipped. Great location with lots to do. Enjoyed a good curry at Village Spice in Corwen and walks around Llangollen.
