Takápradalù si trova nel paesino di Cisterna d’Asti. La casa, risalente al 1898, apparteneva già alla mia famiglia trasferitasi poco dopo in Argentina. Recentemente ristrutturata presenta un design più moderno, mantenendo però alcuni tratti più vintage come ad esempio un bellissimo soffitto in mattoni in una camera da letto. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

The exterior is perfectly maintained with a new pool with night blue towel that provides a special effect. Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
