Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

L'appartamento di Roberto e' molto bello e luminoso, al secondo e ultimo piano di una palazzina storica, con una magnifica vista sui tetti di Arezzo. La posizione e' ottima perchè, pur essendo fuori dal centro storico, permette di raggiungerlo a piedi oppure di partire agevolmente per esplorare la campagna circostante. L'arredamento è di ottimo gusto, si percepisce che è una casa amata dal suo proprietario! Il balcone vivibile e il parcheggio privato rappresentano un valore aggiunto. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era molto pulito, e il check in è stato agevole! Ottima esperienza!

Der Aufenthalt in Porciano in der Unterkunft von Massimo und Deborah war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Unterkunft selbst war super schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe und vor allem die netten Bewohner des kleinen Burgdorfes haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum und ich kann einen Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen. Massimo hat uns das Haus perfekt erklärt und die Willkommensmarmelade von Deborah schmeckt super lecker. Danke für diese tollen Tage. Wir hoffen, dass wir noch einmal zurückkehren werden.

Le logement situé en plein coeur du magnifique village de Monticchiello est typiquement toscan, ce qui est renforcé par les peinture murales. La proximité de Pienza est appréciable. La vue sur le Val d’Orcia est magnifique. L’appartement est très calme et fonctionnel mais mériterait un petit rafraichissement et une remise à niveau des équipements ( vaisselle, hôte, etc…). L’accès au logement se fait par un escalier raide et étroit. Nous avons toutefois passé 2 nuits de rêve dans ce logement que nous gardons en mémoire pour un prochain séjour en Toscane

Appartamento veramente carino, accogliente, pulitissimo e in zona strategica per visitare l'Umbria. A 2 passi dall'entrata in superstrada, nella zona c'è tutto ciò che serve, ristorante, bar, supermarket. Posto auto privato, Mara è stata gentilissima e rapidissima per rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. Da tornarci sicuramente, FORTEMENTE consigliato. Grazie di tutto, Max e Nadia

La signora Carla è stata più che una semplice Host ci è stata di aiuto sempre. Mi sì erano rotte le scarpe e voleva accompagnarmi con la macchina ad acquistarne delle nuove. Dolcissima e disponibile. La casa è perfetta come da descrizione. Ve la consiglio tantissimo.

Andrea ci ha accolti già dal parcheggio ed accompagnati fino all'alloggio ci ha spiegato tutto molto bene sia alloggio e come muoverci a Città di Castello ottima posizione per chi vuole muoversi nella parte settentrionale dell'Umbria ed anche per riviera romagnola

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft, die zwar etwas schwer zu erreichen ist, aber die mühevolle Anreise mehr als wert ist. Die traumhafte Lage ist einfach atemberaubend – weitläufige Felder, die mit Zypressen und Olivenbäumen gesäumt sind, schaffen eine Kulisse, die wie aus einem Toskana-Bilderbuch wirkt. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und charmant. Sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung versorgt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch bereichert hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass unser Hund sich ebenfalls pudelwohl gefühlt hat und wir somit als Familie eine entspannte Zeit genießen konnten. Zusammenfassend können wir diesen Ort jedem empfehlen, der die wahre Schönheit der Toskana erleben möchte. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

La vue est magnifique. Quartier paisible. Toutefois, la cuisine manque plusieurs articles pour cuisiner.

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Francesca was an amazing host, taking care of all details to make our stay spectacular! The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and in a perfect area to relax and enjoy the view or explore the beautiful old city of Deruta. We loved eating on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed hot tubbing at the end of long days of touring. I can’t say enough positive things about this stay and Francesca, the host!

Ho soggiornato nel periodo di Pasqua con mio marito e con le nostre due figlie. Alloggio come descritto nell'annuncio,non mancava nulla. La zona molto tranquilla e un buon punto x raggiungere facilmente i punti d'interesse. La signora Franca sempre molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Consiglio vivamente e sicuramente da tornare.

Michela was a wonderful host. She left us a bowl of biscotti and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, sent us a link that made sure gps took us to the right location, and was easy to communicate with. The place was much more spacious than I assumed from the pictures, and immaculately clean. Well appointed and cute too! In a ln absolutely stunning location. Highly recommended!

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

Un ottima esperienza . L'appartamento è veramente bello, arredato e rifinito con gusto, pulitissimo, molto spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto comodi i letti. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e si parcheggia senza problemi proprio di fronte allo stabile. Laura è stata gentilissima nel risolvere un piccolo inconveniente e ci ha dato un consigli su dove cenare. Veramente piacevole rilassarsi la sera in appartamento dopo le giornate passate in giro a visitare i dintorni, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ci è piaciuto tanto e lo consigliamo vivamente.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Claudio was a great communicator and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was well kept and very clean. It is located close to the main square so everything you need is a few steps away. The kitchen was well stocked, and Claudio had left some snacks, wine, and water. His kindness was appreciated. We will definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area.

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
