Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

This cozy lake front home has all your needs, wants, and desires all in one perfect setting. Just recently renovated in spring 2019. This home offers breathtaking views. It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
