This apartment is fantastic, featuring a spacious hall with large windows offering a beautiful view. It was spotlessly clean, and the check-in process was a breeze. The location is ideal, with convenient access to Llandudno, Conwy, Bangor, and Anglesey. Our child loved staying here!

We loved the farm and farmers too! Our kids enjoyed feeding the animals, using the pool and playing with other guests children. The location was great and provided easy access to the places we had planned to visit in the area. The hosts were super friendly and nothing was too much. Really great people! We will be back again for another lovely break!

Really enjoyed spending the new year here. We felt right at home. Such a beautiful space with everything one would need. Lovely decor, super clean and definitely worth the money. An exceptionally spacious house with a large and very well appointed kitchen and a tremendous lounge (with enormous TV) that is ideal for a large family to enjoy company in comfort. The heating is individually controlled by room via thermostatic radiators which worked well. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need for cooking including two air fryers and a slow cooker. In summary, a great house for a large family or group.

A beautiful house with an amazing view. The house is huge so brilliant for a large number of guests, lots of indoor and outdoor space. The house is clearly used as a family home and it is very comfortable.

What a fabulous weekend our 13 strong family experienced this weekend. The location, facilities available, and space were outstanding. Thankyou Richard, Matt and all the crew at Home Farm. You helped to make a lifetime memory for us, our children and their loved ones and our grandchildren. We laughed and played in a magnificent home and space

What a special space! We had a gorgeous 5Day/4night visit for a family birthday celebration! The home is well equipped with a sociable layout - bedrooms all v comfy - kitchen and dining facilities great to host a group - sonos sound system & games room good fun touches! The beautiful garden a real highlight - the sound of the river by day and the firepit by night made for a peaceful set up! Patricia went above and beyond to welcome us & shared some great local tips - including easy walks from the house and pubs with views & great food a short drive away (Our favourite food spots were Dinorben arms for a roast, Vale Street Kitchen for Pasta plates, Jacques wine bar in Ruthin).

Sharon is an excellent host Her place was extremely beautiful and comfy clean and best amenities provided my family have a pleasant and enjoyable stay

A perfect stay for our family, we have 2 young children, 8&10 and a very well behaved Dog, Gina’s home was just like being at home, welcoming, comfortable and safe, with the added bonus of a gym. The bath tub was my favourite, after a long walk around the golf course and beach, I could lay in that tub full of bubbles for hours. The beds were amazing, so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.
