5* Shepherds Hut in Betws-y-coed - mountain views

Glyn Shepherds Hut is the perfect base for exploring everything that Snowdonia and the North Wales coast have to offer. Located between Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed in North Wales, it has probably the best views in the area of stunning Model Siabod. It also combines the romance and cosiness of a traditional hut, with the modern conveniences of an attached shower room and entrance porch that gives you plenty of space to store muddy boots or clothing and kit, leaving the hut free of clutter.

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.

Hafod Hedd (Peaceful Summer Dwelling)

Hafod Hedd is set in a beautiful private woody location on a the banks of a river. It is the perfect get away for adventurous souls who wish to escape the modern world! Cooking, heating and hot water are provided by a real fire, light is provided by candles, and the loo is an eco-friendly compost toilet. The real highlight is bathing under the stars in a pair of al fresco baths. This dwelling is only suited to able bodied adults as there are steep paths, hot fires, and drops into the river.

Our bespoke Shepherd’s Hut offers a cosy glamping escape with uninterrupted panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for a romantic break. Located on our small site at Erw Glas, inside you’ll find a king-size bed with Egyptian cotton linen and feather duvets, a smart TV and kitchen area. Outside enjoy your private decking and enclosed garden, plus a fire pit and wood-fired hot tub for evenings watching the sunset. Our friendly alpacas and free-roaming chickens also live on site.

No Pets. Underfloor heating. There is an open plan double bed sleeping area with T.v & living area with table & chairs. Bed linen is provided, it has private bathroom but No Washroom Towels.The kitchen has a sink, small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee & sugar supplied with Uht milk pods
