Copley cottage has been sympathetically renovated to highlight the gorgeous features it has to offer. Providing the perfect setting to relax with the whole family. A 2 bedroom cottage situated in the historical village of Copley, County Durham, bordering on the Pennines. Our cottage is located above a water well which stems from the river Gaunless, the most northerly Viking named river. Our landscape shows historical traces of mining dating back to medieval times and can be seen just outside.

Lindy’s cottage is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Witton - Le - Wear. The cottage caters for everyone from a family friendly get away (twin bed available) to a romantic weekend alone. With a private hottub and garden area as well as a traditional log burner situated in the heart of the home, whether it’s snowing or sun shining there’s always something to do. A short walk from 2 traditional country pubs as well as a short walk to witton castle where there’s plenty to do.

Downstairs is a large bathroom (bath & walk in power shower). Upstairs two large bedrooms with reading chairs.
