The Garden Apartment

Luxury self contained garden apartment in the lovely village of Saltford, 5 miles from the centre of the world heritage city of Bath and 7 miles from the centre of Bristol. The apartment has a open plan kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, one double bedroom and shower room. There is secure gated parking for one car on the driveway. Please not that the apartment is attached to a residential dwelling, it is self contained with private entrance.

This spacious Grade II listed 3 bed house with a garden is a 30 minute walk from Bath city centre in the Upper Weston region of Bath. There are shops, cafe's, take aways and pubs all within a couple of minutes walk as well as glorious countryside on the doorstep. It has easy access to the M4 giving it great links to the city centre as well as further afield. The property would be perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing stay in the Bath area. Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own entrance with a small fenced garden and patio with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo, and business travellers. Dogs are welcome but must not be left on their own.
