The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs, bedroom 1 has a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards Wales. Bedroom two also has a double bed doubling as an office with a large oak table. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The walls are decorated with our art work including many of local places you may like to visit.

We offer a large, modern suite/annex with a private entrance and terrace, situated in the quiet residential area of Upper Clevedon. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront. Self-contained suite in Clevedon

Take a break in the West End of Clevedon. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

Lovely 3 bedroomed Lodge in a gated area. Lake’s End Lodge has a large private decking area which overlooks the beautiful Isis Lake. The Lodge sleeps six persons and is located near Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswolds. A superb setting with excellent on site facilities- tennis, table tennis, fly & coarse fishing & a children’s play area. Canoeing & SUP (stand up paddle) are available a short walk away. Restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. Dogs are very welcome.

Liming Lodge - Lakeside holiday in the Cotswolds

Imagine relaxing on the south facing deck, sipping a glass of wine, watching the ever changing Windrush Lake with its abundance of wild fowl. Walking around the beautiful grounds, carp fishing or boating on the lake, enjoying a game of tennis, boules and table tennis, or discovering miles of safe cycle paths around the Cotswold Lakes area. The children could be playing on the swings, zip wire and climbing frame in their own safe play area or playing giant chequers. Don’t imagine, book it!

On the lake

This is a lovely base in the Cotswolds sitting on the lake, with a south facing aspect. Its family-friendly with plenty of activities in the area including horse riding, walks, gym, golf and even a beach. It is a great getaway for anyone, from couples, solo adventurers, and obviously families (with kids). There are all the essentials indoors from well equipped kitchen with dishwasher to high speed broadband. Oxford, Bath, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are all within an hours drive.

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

New Hampton style house on Cotswold lake -sleeps 6

A 3 bedroom New England style lakeside holiday cottage on Isis lake located within the Cotswold Water Park. Isis Lake is a family friendly small holiday park that offers large green open spaces, well manicured gardens, and a wide selection of activities. The house offers open plan living, with patio doors opening out onto a private lakeside sun deck. The master bedroom boasts a double height French window with excellent views of lakes and gardens with a lovely en-suite.

2 bedroom riverside cottage (for up to 4 people)

Be prepared for instant relaxation in this peaceful rural spot at an historic watermill on the banks of the River Monnow, the only sounds are those of the river and the local wildlife. Take a glass of wine or BBQ down to the river in the early evening and be sure to see the kingfisher flying down the river and trout jumping. Walkers can join the riverside Swan walk, which runs through the Ruthlin grounds and woods and fishing can be arranged on request.
